We stayed for three and a half months. Good and bad and in the end bad outweighs the good. I am giving them 1 star because cleanliness is something that really stood out. Surroundings are noisy. The lift often didn't work. The bin collection was not regular and bin area was usually piled with bin bags from weeks earlier Major issue during the stay was lack of hot water. Which was really annoying during the winter months. Eventually we accepted the poor service as we were to leave in a month Post checkout, they charged us €250. Which they pre-auth outside of Airbnb. Refuses to give a proper explanation. This is a fraudulent behaviour Serge the host on Airbnb is a front to someone else. DO NOT share your ID information with them outside of Airbnb or preauth your card On some level I am sad to give them this rating as they are better off as compared to our previous accommodation. But a fraudulent charge is not something we would like to ignore

Very friendly, responsive and helpful host. Well-located, spacious and clean accommodation, no complaints. Price a little excessive, we expected a little better but the whole is very correct, I recommend it.

Serge ad Ms. Has were very friendly and helpful after we had a nightmare experience with our airline and delayed flights. The check-in was easy with lots of recommendations. It's a great neighborhood that was quiet. However, it's easy to get around the city with a tram stop out front and a metro station a short walk. We wanted a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Serge's place was a very good value for the price compared to the cost for two hotel rooms. We had a great time in Brussels.

Great stay - easy to check in and out - stayed with a toddler and had no issues at all (just moved all the lovely objects/vases etc out of his reach as soon as we arrived and put back when we left!). Good location and easily walkable to metro and sights. Would come back!

A very spacious apartment with all amenities and thoughtful touches. Very easy check in as met on arrival. Very secure complex and lift access very handy. All kitchen items available for self catering. Full laundry facilities very useful.

Nothing to complain about, good communication, use of the accommodation only for sleeping, we did not use the kitchen. cleaning bedrooms/bathrooms no complaints to be made.

Very nice clean and local Airbnb. Walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants and a more local scene nearby. Host was communicative, checked in on us. The space was clean, very cool decor and it was a comfortable stay. They provided us with a pack and play for our 18 month old son. And the second room had black out curtains which made it easy for him to sleep. It’s a quiet neighborhood which was important for us. Highly recommend.

Very spacious apartment located close to the tram as well as the festive corners of Brussels (20 min walk to restaurants and bar) towels, bathrobes as well as toiletries are available as needed. As for communication, it's very responsive, nothing to say about it. In short, a good accommodation if you want to enjoy the city of Brussels for a weekend or more!

213 Residency were great at organising everything, they were extremely hospitable and proactive in guiding us. My mum and I were extremely pleased, we would come again and stay if we come back to Brussels.

This apartment is extremely nice - it's huge and more than comfortable for 2-6 people. Modern, nice decoration, spacious, super clean. Had everything we needed. Sadly, the major negative point for me personally was the neighbourhood/surroundings. I understand this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but with Brussels. I would do a bit more research before and see if you'd feel comfortable staying in this type of neighbourhood which at times, for two women travelling alone, didn't feel safe and it's quite dirty. Connections to the city centre are still fairly good, but prepare to walk long blocks uphill/downhill. Public transport is ok but not super convenient at all times. We mostly walked so that's why the surroundings did affect our experience. Otherwise, the host is very helpful and didn't have any issues during my stay. The shower temperature and pressure are great, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is warm in winter and not noisy. Modern building w/ elevator.

Very nice and spacious, a rarity in a big city. Really comfortable seating and slept like a baby. It is a 5 min uber from everywhere, just far enough away to be a bit more quiet at night, and the bedrooms are in the back away from the street and quiet. Hope to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

The apartment itself was very spacious, modern and well decorated; comfortable with all the amenities needed to live there for extended stays (we stayed 4 nights). The living room is on the street side, and that street in itself is quite busy - we heard traffic noise and sirens on a regular basis. That said, all the bedrooms are on the back side, and a very effective sound-blocking door is built-in to isolate the living space from the bedrooms. We closed that door before bed and the street noise magically disappeared. There is a small grocery store next door with smiling staff, and the historic Brussels area is within about 20 minutes if you walk fast. The apartment is located between two convenient train stations, Brussels Noord and Brussels Central. We arrived at Brussels Noord in the evening and walked to the apartment, which we wouldn't recommend as the area immediate to the station felt quite sketchy. Serge was an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful.

Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well stocked apartment. It had everything we needed. It is in a good location with a tram right across from the entrance. There is a grocery store very close by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I have to be honest with you, this stay was the best stay I've had on Airbnb in Brussels!! The apartment is very tasteful and individually furnished. The hosts are first class !! I was very accommodating in case of questions and were great with our children! A play box was provided to us, children's cutlery and a very cozy crib :) The apartment is directly on a tram and bus connection. These can only be heard around the living room, so absolutely not disturbing, as the bedrooms are oriented to the rear. You have a lot of space , the rooms are very spacious . Highly recommended ! Thank you ♡

We were for a working visit in Brussels and we stayed for 10 days in the apartment. At first, the house is amazingly clean, with well-organised space, and right from the first entry felt very peaceful and homey. Super close to the Metro from where you can go everywhere and also within the walking distance of the city center. Highly recommended and I would definitely go there again and again whenever I will be in Brussels.

This accommodation was perfect for our time in Brussels! It was walking distance to a lot of the main attractions and had good public transport links near it. A beautiful, clean, spacious apartment within 20 min walking distance of the city centre and a few minutes to the botanical gardens. The beds were really comfortable and no noise at the back where the bedrooms are. Perfect!

Really a beautiful flat! We were impressed by the size, finishing and igiene levels. The flat was super well furnished, with everything you need to stay (probably one of the best I have been so far). The beds were ultra comfortable and it had big wardrobes and storage for everything. The decorations were very tasteful and modern. I will surely book again in my next stay in Brussels!

This was just a perfect place. It was really spacious. It was very convenient with a tram outside the front door, the Metro 2 blocks away and the train station 10 minutes away it was incredibly convenient. It had everything we needed. There was a fully equipped kitchen, tons of closet space and really quiet and comfortable beds. We had the greatest sleeps. I would absolutely recommend this place. Serge and Ms. Habib were constantly touching base to see if there was anything we needed. This was a perfect stay.

I recommend staying at this property to anyone!! It’s a 10-15 min walk to all the touristic attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. This Airbnb has everything you need like hygiene products, shower essentials, bathrobes, snacks, great wifi, lots of closet space, your own room, and all kitchen supplies. The living room is aesthetic and calming. The communication is wonderful, the owners/ guest coordinators are one text/ one call away and will help you with all your needs! They truly care about their guests comfort, and satisfaction! Thank you for the amazing experience !

The Residence213 apartment we stayed is an airy light filled newly renovated space. Our guest coordinator Ellie was friendly and helped us to navigate a transit strike. The neighborhood is about a 20 minute walk to the centrum attractions. Near both trams and metro we found it a great place to explore the city. We recommend!
