When you feel at home and you realize that the apartment is prepared with all the details, you know you chose well. The flat is incredibly well located. Everything is close, in the heart of downtown, full of restaurants and bars. Until the free tour go by there !! From the good AirBnB I have booked. Thank you Charlotte and Suzanne for always being attentive.

Traveled for fun with my family. The place was nice and comfortable and had charm I was hoping for in historic part of town. The location was great for accessing tours restaurants and shopping.

Suzanna is a fantastic host—communication was effortless, she was highly responsive, and very flexible. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The apartment itself is in a perfect location—right in the heart of Bordeaux, with easy access to public transport, including a very convenient connection from the airport. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions that made everything hassle-free. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Location is the best. We can see Porte Cailhau from the window of the airbnb. The place radiates a warmth that’s like home. It’s also near a lot of restaurants and the tourist attractions are near. Definitely worth it!

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
