This property was in an very practical location: some of us arrived by car and some were ferry foot passengers; a few minutes' walk to the beach; ideal to explore Ryde and beyond. The house (including three bathrooms) is great for a big group, is really well decorated and the bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely clean. Justine is a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We had a wonderful time in this property and definitely recommend it!

Justine’s place is paradise! It is beautifully adorned. It is very peaceful because of the lack of clutter and modern decor. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen has all you could need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach. You can walk along the esplanade to get to the town centre in 10 minutes or less. Our kids loved the room with the bunk bed. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Justine’s place was great, there was plenty of space for our two families. The beach was a super short walk away and not too far from the shops. It had everything we needed, and looked exactly like the photos and was spotless when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying there!

House was amazing. Lovely big rooms. Very clean. Had useful things in the kitchen which were handy. Liked that they left enough toilet roll , dish washer tablets . Etc for our use. 3 min walk to the beach great for the kids. Was a pub down the road so got some noisy people late night but not too bad. Parking was sometimes difficult to get a spot right outside the house. But would always be some down the road if not. Overall great stay.
