The space
The Nab House on Beach House Lane is a beautiful 2-bedroom coastal apartment in the popular village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. Situated on the first floor, this light-filled property offers a blend of luxury and convenience for 4 guests, just a 2-minute walk to the stunning Bembridge Beach, and only 0.5 miles from Bembridge's charming harbour and vibrant shops.The coastal apartment offers spacious accommodation, with contemporary open-plan living. There are two king size bedrooms with zip and link beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room.
The Nab House Features:
As you enter through the main front door of The Nab House, you are greeted by a bright and welcoming entrance hall (which is shared by one other apartment), with plenty of space for storing shoes, jackets and beach gear.
Follow the first-floor stairs to step inside The Nab House - No.4, and be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living/kitchen room. A relaxing space with comfortable plush sofas, snug armchairs and a large Smart Freeview Tv, set next to a dining space for 6. There’s ample space for families and friends to entertain and enjoy a meal together, prepared in the fully fitted kitchen, with all modern amenities including oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
This coastal apartment has two bedrooms, both with zip-link king double beds, which can be turned into twin beds on request. Both are beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the local area or Bembridge or adventuring across the Isle of Wight. The master bedroom offers a large en-suite bathroom with a shower. Along the hallway is a large family bathroom with an L-shaped bath with shower over, basin and Wc.
At the front of the property, the lawned garden is a bright and sunny space with outdoor dining set for 4, perfect for relaxing after a long day of fresh sea air. Situated to the left of the house is a secluded driveway with parking for up to two cars, plus an Ev car charger.
Things to do in Bembridge:
Located beachside in the heart of Bembridge, enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Isle of Wight, including Bembridge Beach, Seagrove Bay and the Duver Beach. This area is home to independent shops and several fantastic restaurants, serving up locally sourced fresh seafood from the picturesque harbour only half a mile down the road.
The Nab House is moments from the Bembridge Lifeboat Station, the fantastic year-round family-friendly Bembridge beach, complete with rock pools, and wonderful golden sands; ideal for sandcastles, crabbing, catching local prawns (or if you’re lucky the odd lobster hidden under the ledge), playing cricket or boules.
For the more adventurous, why not try your hand at wind or kite surfing, kayaking or day deep sea fishing? Bembridge has an all-year-round community and offers a popular Harbour, and many thriving shops in the village, with a butcher, baker, greengrocer and fishmonger, you can also buy locally caught Crab, lobsters and local prawns when in season from ‘The Best Dressed Crab in Town’ (as Seen On Tv) situated along the Embankment as you enter into Bembridge via St Helens.

The Nab House is a wonderful Victorian conversion. It’s beautifully decorated with an abundance of space. Justine gives you all the information you could possibly need and more, to make your stay super easy. The location is perfect for beach walks, access to the village and general Island living.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nab House very much. It’s spacious and comfortable. Ample supply of dish-ware, glasses and cutlery should you have a larger group. Plenty of blankets and bedding. One of the bathrooms is quite large with a big bathtub that my wife enjoyed. My daughter found a fun board game. There were two tower fans you can take to whichever room. I can’t sleep without a fan blowing on me so this vas very helpful. Location is wonderful. Enjoyed the walks. Highly recommended!
