We had a lovely weeks holiday in Bembridge. The locations amazing, Bembridge village is perfect, can walk to the beach and so many lovely things to do within a 20 min drive. I’m sure we will visit again one day

We had a great week staying in Bembridge, the house was spotless, had everything we needed, and a fantastic sunny garden to enjoy! The village is beautiful with the beach just a few minutes walk, we will definitely be coming back to Bembridge next year.

The house is lovely - fairly spacious, comfortable, large garden and with a well equipped kitchen. Check in was very clear and professional. Justine was also excellent in helping us prior to onboarding. We would love to come back!

The house is everything you could ask for - a great location 2 minutes walk from all the village amenities, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, great bathrooms, good wifi speeds, easy parking and a nice tv to name just a few of the plus points of this great property. The six of us had plenty of space. The very large garden was an added bonus. Check in was really easy and the app that goes with the property was full of useful information. It would be hard to be dissatisfied with this property. Away from the property, our top tip is to visit the Duver beach at St Helens (about 10 mins drive away), though the more local beaches are also great.

Just spent a week with family in this lovely house in the heart of Bembridge. Very close to the village shops & an easy walk to the beach. Everything as described. Couldn’t make use of the garden area as much as we would have liked due to inclement weather! Justine is extremely quick & helpful in responding to any queries

This is a great house for a family to share. We had two toddlers with us and they particularly appreciated the child friendly garden which is accessed straight from the living room. The space is well planned and attractively laid out. The kitchen is well equipped, modern and functional. The location is excellent to take advantage of the independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants of Bembridge while still having the beach just a short walk away. Overall, this is an excellent house and location for a holiday in Bembridge.

Justine was the most fabulous host and the house was gorgeous. She was extremely accommodating with our check-in & out. It was a great location with easy and quick access to the village and beach. Would highly recommend!!

A fabulous house , beautifully decorated and contains everything you will need. Lovely bi folds open to pretty garden. We had three cars with us and never had parking issues. Ideally located for all the lovely shops , pubs, cafes and down to the beach. Bembridge is a delightful and friendly community. And Justine is excellent with all communications. Many thanks

We had a fantastic stay in Bembridge. Justine's place was perfect for our needs, clean, spacious, recently renovated and in a great location in the heart of Bembridge. We encountered a minor plumbing problem during our stay, and Justine had a maintenance person on site literally within 10 minutes. Outstanding service!

Spotlessly clean , family friendly house . Thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need . Lots of hooks to hang stuff up, games to play , blackout blinds. Great house!

Blackberry Cottage is the perfect base for exploring beautiful Bembridge. The perfect family home and extra touches like the focus on safety & cleanliness make staying in the current climate an absolute breeze. Bembridge has so many things right on the door step the beaches kept our little boy happy for hours, we even got to see a lifeboat launch. Justine is a fabulous host, even organising black out blinds when I pointed out previous feedback so my little one slept like a log. Do not hesitate booking blackberry cottage you’ll be well looked after and have the perfect base to explore. Highly recommend we will be back 😀

Location is good being a very short distance from the shops, and a lovely stroll to the beach which was delightful and quiet. Excellent swimming at high tide and plenty of sand for making castles. Problem with taking small children is that there are no blackout curtains, only venetian type blinds - so they wake up when it gets light. Otherwise the living space and garden are fine for children.

We had an excellent long weekend here and it served us extremely well. It’s a lovely house, obviously recently modernised yet really warm and cosy. Only thing that could be improved is the addition of a Tea Pot - if there was one there then we couldn’t find it! We will definitely look to use again next time we have a family gathering in Bembridge.

This house is in a great location, with lovely coastal walks nearby. The house itself has everything you need and the open plan into the garden was a nice surprise. We would highly recommend and would stay here again

Lovely place to stay as a family ! Great open plan space, nice decor and fab garden too. Lots of finishing touches that help families such as stair gate. Short walk to local shops if you need anything. Very helpful Host , reply very quickly with any queries! Hope to stay again soon! Thank you

A fantastic place to stay with a lovely layout and fabulous long garden to relax in. Our family were welcomed with some fresh milk in the fridge and some basics to get us going. It was a home from home and fabulous location to get the most from the island. Be bridge itself has some great shops, cafes and restaurants and just down the road is a lovely beach by the bay watch cafe. If you get there early you can park for free on the hill then a short walk to the beach. Tesco is not too far but the local co op also provided us well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Property was amazing and beautiful. And Justine (host) a phone call away always available to help in case of anything. I was with my family of old and young and we all loved it. we were provided BBQ set and everybody loved the property garden and every aspect of it. thank you for making it so special and lovely.

Blackberry is a spacious house with a well equipped kitchen and many other offerings too. The location is great, Bembridge is a lovely little village. My family and I all had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you Justine for being an attentive host. We’ll be back!

We loved this house! The place was sparkling clean and Justine was incredibly responsive to our questions. The garden is lovely and long and was great for our two-year-old to run around in. The downstairs layout is great for a family gathering as you're all in one place together and the location nice and central for Bembridge. We'd love to visit again.

This is a lovely cottage, and Justine was a great host. The living and sleeping areas are really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully decorated. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside in the lovely garden but have the shade of the umbrella too, and the bi-fold doors meant that some of us could be in the sitting room or on the decking and we could still all talk to each other. An ideal cottage for families in a lovely area. We would recommend it without hesitation!

We had an excellent stay in Bembridge thanks to this lovely house just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house was extremely well appointed and nicely furnished. The garden is nice and big and the neighbours were friendly. The host was superb and prompt in responding to our messages. The house was lacking a microwave and the host was willing to go out of her way to buy us one the same day should we really need it. (We didn't) The host did make a special trip to get us a 2 pin adaptor so we could charge our toothbrush. The local area is lovely with butchers and fishmongers selling fresh, local food. There is an excellent guide book at the house providing useful information and lots of ideas about what to do.

Lovely home in Bembridge village. Very relaxing open plan kitchen-diner area leading out onto the decking in the garden. Nice bright garden and can enjoy relaxing drinks outside long into the summer evening. Bembridge is a very quite relaxing village. Lovely local bakery. House is a short walk to the harbour, seafront and local pubs. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.
