A Superbly Converted Georgian Stable block situated in one of the most enviable positions in Cowes, with stunning views out across Cowes Old Town and The Solent. Set over three floors, with three Bedrooms, sleeping six, one double, one twin and a children's bunk room, there is also a sofa bed on request. Ground floor kitchen with dining area and ground floor family bathroom. Open plan sitting dining area on the lower ground floor, with double patio-doors onto the patio garden area.
The space
A Superbly Converted Georgian Stable block situated in one of the most enviable positions in Cowes, with stunning views out across Cowes Old Town and The Solent. Set over three floors, with three Bedrooms, sleeping six, one double, one twin and a children's bunk room, there is also a sofa bed on request. Ground floor kitchen with dining area and ground floor family bathroom. Open plan sitting dining area on the lower ground floor, with double patio-doors onto the patio garden area. Off road parking for 1 car. Accommodation is set for four Adults and two Children. Five adults if using the sofa bed. Set over four floors, you enter onto the ground floor with a perfect area for your coats and shoes, the family bathroom will be found on your right, with bath and separate shower. To your left is the kitchen with a dining area for 4, plus two extra chairs. The sitting / dining area for 6, is four steps down into the lower ground floor area, with a double patio-doors and a side door out onto the patio garden area, with its superb views across Cowes Old Town and the Solent.
From the kitchen take the six narrow steps up to the first floor, with a twin bedroom which can be a super king on request, with stunning views across the Solent, and a separate Wc and basin. Continue up the main narrow staircase to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. One being a 4ft double bedroom with those amazing views and a children's bunk room.

Master Bedroom: 4ft Double bed, radio alarm clock, stunning views.
Twin Bedroom: Two 3ft single beds with alarm clock and small freeview Tv, stunning views.
Bunk Room: bunk beds.
Separate Wc: Wc and basin.
Stairgate's on both floors.
Highchair.
Travel Cot.
There is a sofa bed available on request (only) in the sitting room.

Bikes can be stored securely in the Summer House

Shoes: Please could shoes be removed inside of the cottage.
The tumble dryer is a condenser dryer and will need the water emptied after every tumble dry, also please could you remove the fluff after every dry as well.
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Chairs for the dining table can be found in the summer house, these chairs are also used with the outside table. Please could you make sure they are stored in the summer house if windy if being used outside.
Please put the garden parasol in the summerhouse during bad weather. Thank you.

You are welcome to use the children’s toys, but please be aware they are used at your own risk.

The whole house, the patio and lawn area in-front of the sitting room. You can help yourself to the toys and chairs in the summer house. Your parking is on the left hand side of the parking area. The garden to the right of your garden area is private for the owners use.

Absolutely loved staying here. Justine is so responsive and helpful, not that we actually needed any help as everything was perfect, absolutely everything had been thought of and included in the house. The off road parking is brilliant, location great to walk to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Would recommend this house to everyone

Wow! What an amazing cottage, in a fabulous location. We enjoyed every second of our trip to Cowes. The cottage was centrally located to the shops/bars/restaurants in Cowes and had parking, which was a huge plus! We will definitely recommend Mulberry Cottage to others and hope to return one day - thank you so much 😊
