We had a lovely stay at White Roses. It’s a very clean, comfortable, and nicely presented bungalow with plenty of space for two. The location is fantastic, right by the footpath to Bembridge beach. Justine was friendly, helpful, and prompt in replying to messages, and kindly arranged a later check-out for us, which was much appreciated. Do note the garden is at the front of the property, and on a busy beach access route, so there’s some noise and lots of passers-by (we stayed in August). As mentioned in the listing, the garden isn’t fully dog-proof, and our dog did find a way through the hedge! Overall, it’s a great base for exploring Bembridge, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and peaceful house, very close to Bembridge Beach and the Isle of Wight Coastal path. The house was as described, with a very comfortable bed and lots of kitchen equipment which made self catering very easy. Our dog loved the beaches and countryside walks, and we enjoyed several good meals in local pubs and cafes with sea views. Fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, easy holiday by the sea. Thank you again!

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable bed and a great space. I appreciated being able to access the property early too. The only thing I couldn’t find was oven gloves, but I managed to improvise.

Everything is as expected - we know the location well and access to the beach with lovely works could hardly be better. This is a warm and welcoming property - well worth our visit. Well done Justine!

Missing the closeness to the beach and road free trails already. good spot to have as a base to tour around the island with fresh crab and lobster a short walk away.

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

Very lovely stay indeed, accommodation was everything we needed. Very clean and organised. Easy to check in and out, no need to contact host as there were no issues. Perfectly located with a 2 min walk to beach ( do not trust sat nav walks - 17 min ! ) only tiny niggle with the stay was the tv turned itself on at midnight on the first night randomly for no reason ? Never happened again though. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay and enjoy a lovely peaceful area in a perfect bungalow.

We had a wonderful 6 nights at White Roses. Amazing location literally 2 minutes walk from the coast & Bembridge beach. As we had our dog with us location was vital and this was perfect for the early morning walks. Bembridge and surrounds is a lovely part of the Island, approx 20 minutes from Fishbourne ferry terminus. A short stroll up to the village High St, you have a pub, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, cafes/restaurants & a small Co-op…everything you need really. The bungalow itself was perfect for 2, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a lovely little patio, great for eating al fresco, or just to unwind after a day exploring the Island. Check-in & out was seamless, no hassle or long list of things you needed to do when vacating. Justine also booked the ferry tickets for us. An absolutely perfect week on the Island, and a perfect base. We were blessed with amazing September weather too. Highly recommend.

What a gem!! A stones throw from the wonderful beach, we loved everything about the place. Thoughtful touches for our dog who had the most amazing week. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Garden was a lovely sun trap. We had a great week, thanks!

Brilliant location, very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need. Thoughtful touches on arrival of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits including treats and a towel for the dog all added to the lovely week. Justine’s communication was always prompt and she very kindly provided a discount voucher for the ferry. The White Roses App has everything you need to know for your stay. Great beach, walks and dog friendly eateries.

Wonderful property, could not fault a thing. Superb location with a lovely little pub only a 10 min walk and the beach likewise. Huge bedroom, cosy living room with comfortable sofa, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with every amenity, spotlessly clean and a really quiet location. Perfect. We will be back for sure.

A luxurious cottage just a short walk from the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Everything had been provided for total comfort. It is particularly light so even on a rainy day it was a pleasure to relax in. We particularly enjoyed the easy access to the sea and all the thoughtful touches such as dog biscuits and towels. A lovely home we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Justine’s place. Absolutely sparkling clean, really comfy bed and lots of very thoughtful touches like doggie biscuits, human biscuits and milk in the fridge. A very comfortable house with lots of outdoor space for dogs. Had such a lovely time and would definitely book again.

Wonderful cottage, a short walk to the beach and sea and Bembridge village with its butcher, bakery, deli and fishmonger. The cottage is well designed and stocked. Justine is very responsive and helpful. She organised our discounted ferry tickets and efficiently changed our return ticket for a later sailing. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

White Roses is an extremely comfortable place to stay with many little extras that elevate it out of the ordinary. We enjoyed our holiday and were very pleased we had found such a lovely place to stay which was also well prepared to have our dog also. Ten out of ten.

We stayed in this delightful bungalow and the spacious accommodation and garden far exceeded our expectations. It was Immaculately clean, very well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings with great attention to detail.
