A really spacious, comfortable, dog friendly stay for two people. The bungalow is situated very close to a footpath leading to Bembridge beach or a path into town.

Guests are responsible for all damage caused during their stay that is beyond normal wear and tear. Pet damage to including carpet damage must be reported immediately. A fee might apply if we cannot remove the stains. We do not expect you to clean the property before you leave, but do want you to leave it neat and undamaged as you would hope someone would leave your home please. • This a no-smoking property • If you need a stairgate for your dog, please enquire to see if we have one spare. We would prefer that dogs are not on the furniture or in the beds, due to hair sticking in the fabric. We know this can be difficult, so please bring throws or ask if we have any to leave in the property for you– this makes a big difference re getting the property ready for the next guest. Thank You. All Dog No2’s must be cleared up, bagged and disposed of please. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
