Enter via your gated driveway into a wonderfully large private lawned and patio garden. The perfect area to relax and enjoy some well-earned down time.
The space

Enter via your gated driveway into a wonderfully large private lawned and patio garden. The perfect area to relax and enjoy some well-earned down time. Please be aware that the garden is not 100% dog-proof.

All on the Ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x super king zip link double, 3ft twin on request with en-suite shower room with shower, Wc and basin, and door out onto a small patio area with table and chairs and washing line. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and Wc. Large sitting room with a smart Tv, and sound bar, comfortable seating for 4, electric fire and French doors out onto the large patio and lawned garden, with table and chairs. Well-stocked kitchen, with dining table for 4 / 6 people.

Note: Only one dog is allowed. please remember to pick up after them before you leave., Please do not leave dogs unattended in the property. No dogs on the beds or sofas, please.

We had a lovely stay at White Roses. It’s a very clean, comfortable, and nicely presented bungalow with plenty of space for two. The location is fantastic, right by the footpath to Bembridge beach. Justine was friendly, helpful, and prompt in replying to messages, and kindly arranged a later check-out for us, which was much appreciated. Do note the garden is at the front of the property, and on a busy beach access route, so there’s some noise and lots of passers-by (we stayed in August). As mentioned in the listing, the garden isn’t fully dog-proof, and our dog did find a way through the hedge! Overall, it’s a great base for exploring Bembridge, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and peaceful house, very close to Bembridge Beach and the Isle of Wight Coastal path. The house was as described, with a very comfortable bed and lots of kitchen equipment which made self catering very easy. Our dog loved the beaches and countryside walks, and we enjoyed several good meals in local pubs and cafes with sea views. Fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, easy holiday by the sea. Thank you again!

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.
