We loved the house. Its location was ideal as you could walk down to Bembridge beach very easily. It's a beautiful environment. You could also easily drive to Sandown beach where we hired kayaks and SUPs. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly want. We would love to come again. Thank you Justine!

We’ve had a lovely stay in this immaculately clean holiday home which felt welcoming and friendly. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring Bembridge and the surrounding area. The coasts and beaches were beautiful.

Lovely property and really responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi to get it sorted in record time. Great location being really close to shop and lovely harbour view cafe. IOW is a great location for a family holiday.

    PETS / HOUSE RULES - Leave kitchen utensils clean and tidy. - No parties or events allowed We understand that accidents happen however, so if break a plate or lose a key, please let us know so we can replace it for you or future guests. Guests are responsible for all damage caused during their stay that is beyond normal wear and tear. Pet damage to including carpet damage must be reported immediately. A fee might apply if we cannot remove the stains. We do not expect you to clean the property before you leave, but do want you to leave it neat and undamaged as you would hope someone would leave your home please. • This a no-smoking property • If you need a stairgate for your dog, please enquire to see if we have one spare. We would prefer that dogs are not on the furniture or in the beds, due to hair sticking in the fabric. We know this can be difficult, so please bring throws or ask if we have any to leave in the property for you– this makes a big difference re getting the property ready for the next guest. Thank You. All Dog No2’s must be cleared up, bagged and disposed of please. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. • Please remember to leave your key when you leave. Thank You
