As your entry to the property, the lower ground floor garage is a super space for securely storing your bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards, ready for island adventures that maximise your beachfront fun. Available for guest use during your stay is a charcoal BBQ and paddleboards. Please remember to prioritise safety and use them at your own risk. If you catch the tide right, Bembridge beach has great sailing conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.

Climb the stairs to the ground floor hallway, where a convenient cloakroom awaits the dusting of sandy feet. Continue through to the thoughtfully designed kitchen/dining room that’s flooded with light, creating a welcoming and comfortable space for preparing meals with an integrated hob / oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Spend evenings in the communal courtyard, just off the kitchen, and bask in the remainder of the day’s sun, or dine alfresco with outdoor furniture seating 6.

The first floor provides a light-filled living room, offering sanctuary after a day on the beach. Relax on comfortable sofas and watch captivating shows on the Smart TV, all while soaking in the picturesque views of Bembridge harbour and sea views across the Solent. Retreat to the second floor to find a modern double bedroom with ample storage. The family bathroom also located on the second floor is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and w/c.

This was a really lovely place on the East coast of the island, about 20 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. It is a lovely flat split into different levels with a parking space and garage filled with items for the sea like paddleboards, a kitchen on the first floor with a communal outdoor eating terrace, a games room with games for children, 3 different bathrooms and 3 different bedrooms. There is a communal garden where we had dinner and it is a 2 minute walk to a pebbly beach. The flat was very cool even in hot weather and worked really well for our family with young children such that we extended our stay in the middle. The front door locks as it closes so on the first night we locked ourselves out and someone came within a few minutes to let us back in again. Highly recommended stay!

The house is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great having the garage to take off coats and wetsuits before heading into the warm house too. Justine was always very quick to respond and accommodating of our requests. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Solent Landing is a marvellous spot in the best area on the island. We’ve stayed in many of the houses over the years and some are getting a bit shabby, but 12A was absolutely perfect. All done very professionally as a holiday let with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Perfect!

Had a fantastic time. Great views from accommodation. Access to the beach was amazing, especially for swimming. Courtyard amazing for morning tea and evening drinks. Will definitely book here again Thank you
