This was a really lovely place on the East coast of the island, about 20 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. It is a lovely flat split into different levels with a parking space and garage filled with items for the sea like paddleboards, a kitchen on the first floor with a communal outdoor eating terrace, a games room with games for children, 3 different bathrooms and 3 different bedrooms. There is a communal garden where we had dinner and it is a 2 minute walk to a pebbly beach. The flat was very cool even in hot weather and worked really well for our family with young children such that we extended our stay in the middle. The front door locks as it closes so on the first night we locked ourselves out and someone came within a few minutes to let us back in again. Highly recommended stay!

The house is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great having the garage to take off coats and wetsuits before heading into the warm house too. Justine was always very quick to respond and accommodating of our requests. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Solent Landing is a marvellous spot in the best area on the island. We’ve stayed in many of the houses over the years and some are getting a bit shabby, but 12A was absolutely perfect. All done very professionally as a holiday let with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Perfect!

Check-in schedule: From 01/01 to 31/12: Everyday from 16:00h to 23:00h Check-out schedule: 10:00. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. PETS / HOUSE RULES - Leave kitchen utensils clean and tidy. - No parties or events allowed We understand that accidents happen however, so if break a plate or lose a key, please let us know so we can replace it for you or future guests. Guests are responsible for all damage caused during their stay that is beyond normal wear and tear. Pet damage to including carpet damage must be reported immediately. A fee might apply if we cannot remove the stains. We do not expect you to clean the property before you leave, but do want you to leave it neat and undamaged as you would hope someone would leave your home please. • This a no-smoking property • If you need a stairgate for your dog, please enquire to see if we have one spare. We would prefer that dogs are not on the furniture or in the beds, due to hair sticking in the fabric. We know this can be difficult, so please bring throws or ask if we have any to leave in the property for you– this makes a big difference re getting the property ready for the next guest. Thank You. All Dog No2’s must be cleared up, bagged and disposed of please. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
