Nice clean accommodation in a lovely peaceful area. Only issue we had was the parking as it was quite far away which was difficult with 3 young children. Even had to park further away one night as other residents had parked across two spaces. I was told trolleys were available for transporting luggage to and from the car park and accommodation however these weren’t available on arrival or departure as they are hogged by others. Aside from this Justine was very helpful and always responded promptly.

The space was exactly what we were looking for our family, 2 adults, 2 kids. Really clean and comfy living area and modern kitchen area. Large green space in between the cottages was fab for games. West bay was really quiet, a 15min walk from Yarmouth which is a lovely seaside village with nice pubs, fish and chips and a few independent shops. Justine was really helpful with info and ferry bookings- thank you.
