Thrilled to say Seaside Cottage exceeded our expectations. Immaculately clean, furnished and equipped with quality goods. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Especially impressed with the kitchen which is extensively equipped with everything you’d need to produce meals/snacks with ease. Nice to see the eco refillable kitchen and bathroom products. Kitchen and seating area was a fabulous space to gather. We spent much of our time there. The addition of the tasteful, cosy sitting room is an added bonus. The two bedrooms are beautifully decorated, roomy, with plenty of storage. Beds and bedding both of an excellent standard and very comfortable. Having an en-suite and another shower room to serve the second bedroom was something we considered vital. A further separate loo was a bonus. Location of the cottage is perfectly placed for the beachfront, cafes, etc. Town centre a short walk away. Justine is very responsive, warm and friendly. Our stay was perfect in every way 🌟

The house couldn’t have been better. It was perfect for our family stay, there wasn’t anything we could have needed that wasn’t there. The house was in immaculate condition and exactly as described. Justine was incredibly helpful and responsive if we had any questions and provided us with lots of suggested activities for our family. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which has lots to do. The location was perfect! I think it’s useful for any prospective guests to know if you plan to stay over a weekend in the Summer months that there is a pub across the road with a front garden. The weather was warm whilst we were there and so we had the windows open and in one bedroom particularly it was very noisy until about 12:30am. This wouldn’t prevent us from staying in the future, but we would request a fan and if this wasn’t available take our own so we could keep the windows shut. Thank you to Justine and the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The place is as depicted in the pictures and less than 10 minutes drive from the Fishbourne ferry terminal. Renovated housing with spacious interiors , modern decor and amenities. Justine was always available , and helped out whenever needed. Parking permit and ferry discount was sorted in a Jiffy. The size of the Airbnb justifies its cost , it is loaded with amenities and walkable distance to Ryde beach ( which has electric car chargers , and good local shops to explore ) Felt at home , especially with the toddler ( the board games were a nice touch ) Thanks again for helping with the little things during the stay.

We have just come back from staying 9 nights, we loved it. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well equipped. It is a very short walk to the beach and local parks. Communication with the host is great and answered quickly.

What a fabulous location staying at Cornwall Street. Justine has thought of everything so you immediately feel at home. Extremely responsive & loads of info provided to make life easy. Beautifully decorated house and extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook but equally a great choice of good restaurants within walking distance. The Duck is highly recommended. Great location on the island to be able to explore all that the Isle of White offers. Will definitely return.

Seaside cottage was a great find, comfortable, spotless and really thoughtfully kitted out. It had everything you could think of to make it a real home from home. Justine was really easy to deal with, very helpful & responsive. Would highly recommend seaside cottage.

This house is beautiful! We have just stayed at Seaside Cottage and can honestly say that it is the most comfortable, pristine and well equipped holiday rental we have ever had. The location is a dream and Justine (our host) had truly thought of everything. Great communication throughout too! Thank you - we will be back!

Modern, comfortable just a short walk from the beach and other attractions. Made for a great base for catching up with family and friends and Justine was super helpful and friendly when needed. Highly recommended

This home was beautiful! Finished with high-quality features, modern, thoughtful amenities, and perfectly comfortable. Walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants was a breeze. The kitchen is huge has everything you could want or need, and the garden patio gets great afternoon sun for lounging. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed with my parents and partner for nearly 10 days and it was wonderful! Great location, lots of space for all 4 of us, super clean with modern amenities. Plus it was close to two pubs and several restaurants for eat in or take out. Justine was always super responsive with any questions we had. We’ll absolutely be back and recommend it to friends who may be visiting the island.
