Medina Rise Lodge is a very well equipped 2 double bedroom lodge set within the stunning countryside of Thorness Bay, a coastal site located on the beautiful north side of the Isle of Wight.
This peaceful holiday lodge is in an elevated position and offers restful far reaching views across woodland, rolling hills and overlooking the stunning Solent.

The beach at Thorness Bay a walking distance from Medina Rise Lodge, follow the footpath to the beach and be on the vast shoreline of pebbles in minutes. Plenty of other local beaches are also less than a mile away, and Cowes, East Cowes and Gurnard all within easy reach to explore - you will be spoilt for choice with where to go first.
Within this beautiful holiday lodge, there is a spacious bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area which is smartly furnished and has all the home comforts you will want to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a Smart Tv, bluetooth speaker with iPhone charger, books and games, 2 comfortable sofas set around an electric fireplace, and a dining table, perfect for coming together for family meals.
The modern kitchen has all the equipment and amenities you’ll need during your family stay, including: gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bedrooms are all beautifully dressed, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a twin/super-king zip link bed please advise the required set-up, plus a walk-in wardrobe. There is a main family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath.
Sliding patio doors from the triple aspect living room lead outside to a beautifully finished decking area, with garden furniture for that all important siesta after a morning at the beach.

The weather was indeed much better than the forecast! On ourlast morning, a hare sat outside - how nice. We didnt see Red Squirrels but we did see 3 of the islands sea eagles. Although west of Cowes, getting about by car was fairly easy and so we saw a lot on our 10days there. The home was really clean, well furnished and equipped for us to self cater. Justine was very prompt at answering questions on our first day. All in all, a good place with lovelyviews acfgoss the valley and a nice walkdown to the beach. Thanks again - very much, Lynne & David
