A quiet 2 double bedroom property with everything you need for your stay. Easy links to Cambridge centre with local buses and the A14 just minutes away. Milton Country Park and a good-sized Tesco are within walking distance. Milton has several pubs and takeaways but for the evenings you do want to cook our kitchen is well equipped with an air fryer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Smart TV, PS4 and fast Wifi. Close to Cambridge Science Park and Cambridge Research Park.

The space

Coming through the front door to the left is the kitchen with all of the basics to look after yourself including an oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine. To the right of the hallway is the lounge, with a two-seater sofa bed and two arm chairs. A smart tv in the corner and small desk between this and the stairs.
At the top of the landing is the bathroom with a shower above the bath.
Bedrooms are located at the front and rear each with double beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a hanging rail for clothes storage.

The whole house is yours for your stay. A key box is located outside, the code will be sent to you 3 days before your arrival.

Terrys place was great. It had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children and more. It really felt like a home from home. The added addition of the smart tv, a range of books to read and board games for entertainment were a great touch. Terry was very friendly and checked in to make sure all was okay and if there was anything extra he could do. I would definitely recommend and 100% would stay again in the future.

The facility is neat and clean, with a driveway and ample parking. It also offers shopping and travel options within a convenient distance, as well as public transportation facilities.
