The space

Welcome to our charming 5-bedroom house nestled in a tranquil hamlet, just a 9-minute drive from the bustling town of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. This spacious 164-square-metre retreat, with a lovely garden, boasts comfort and convenience, making it the perfect base for your French countryside adventure.

This house has recently undergone a complete renovation, with a brand new kitchen and dining area in June 2024, providing a modern and inviting space for culinary delights and social gatherings. Step inside to discover a one-level layout, with a comfortable lounge room inviting you to unwind with your favourite book or enjoy quality time with your favourite people. For families with little ones, we offer two high chairs and two travel cots.

Our spacious property boasts five bedrooms, including a versatile fifth bedroom equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring ample space for your group. The master bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite for added privacy, while the remaining four bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom complete with an antique-style bath and a walk-in shower. Thick stone walls, cross ventilation, and fans ensure a cool and comfortable atmosphere even on the warmest days of summer.

Outside, a private 10 x 5-metre pool awaits, perfect for a refreshing dip or soaking up the sun on lazy afternoons. For those cooler times of the year, the pool can be heated at an additional cost. Furthermore, our pool area is securely gated and fenced, offering peace of mind for guests travelling with children and pets alike. Fire up the barbecue for al fresco dining, or let the little ones run wild in the expansive garden and children's play area.

Guests are welcome to use all the rooms in the house, except for two storage areas.

Other things to note

Please note: Specific pool temperatures can not be guaranteed as weather conditions influence pool heating.

Please note that we require a Pet Security Deposit of 300€ to cover any potential damage or animal waste left by your pet. This will be returned within 48 hours of your departure after the property has been checked. If there are any issues, the balance will be returned with a receipt for the replacement item.

THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT REQUIRES US TO COLLECT THE PASSPORT INFORMATION OF ALL INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AS PART OF THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE.
