Disappointed with our stay. The accommodation has real advantages: quiet and peaceful place, pleasant pool and spacious and well-maintained garden, private parking. However, several amenities were not in working order: no sanitary hot water twice over 4 days (first time repaired in a day and second time on the day of departure), non-functional hot tub (a priori already known before the stay according to the housekeeper on site but not mentioned on the listing...), non-functional air conditioning with a sewage odor (the smell being a little less present at the end of the stay thanks to the intervention of a specialist, but the air conditioning remained non-functional, and it did not work any day. A priori a room would be pending for proper functioning, but this malfunction also already known was not mentioned on the listing. We would only recommend this place if these malfunctions were fixed. We spent a holiday in a haven of peace, a beautiful decor that represents the place well, a great view, we took advantage of the pool and hot tub which is really a ++ The location allows you to visit the surroundings and in particular the region of St Emilion, Bergerac, etc. Thank you for the kindness and friendliness.
