Of course, the pool is exceptional, clean and cleaned, we enjoyed it. The environment is calm and relaxing, and the village of Duras and its castle are 3 km away. The area is nice. However, if the photos offered on the airbnb site regarding the accommodation are very bright and attractive, the rooms are rather dark in reality. A garden set (1 table and 2 chairs) nearby would have been nice.

We had a very nice stay for 10 days with our baby in Suzanna's gite. It is very quiet and beautiful, with nice walks nearby. The house was well equipped and comfortable to stay with a young baby.

We had a great stay at Suzanna's. The accommodation is very beautiful and spacious, nothing is missing and everything is well thought out. We had the pleasant surprise of finding eggs from Suzanna's hens (delicious), a baguette and a bottle of rosé in the fridge. The pool is so nice on hot days, the calm reigns around and it does you a lot of good. Thank you Suzanna for your kindness. see you soon. Alexia and Cyril.

A nice stay in a beautiful region :) The gite itself is a little tired but functional. The pool is very welcome in the summertime heat, especially with the views of the valley but we did struggle a little with ants invading our loungers!

There were three of us, with a toddler, and it was perfect to unplug. The house are beautiful and idyllic. The pool and accommodation were clean, the facility is very well maintained and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts live right next door, you feel welcome and like home. But you absolutely need a car, you are in a remote place. The only flaw: The amenities of the accommodation are rather old and outdated. Thank you for the wonderful week

We had a wonderful stay, warmly welcomed by Suzanna and Yvonne, especially with their welcome package of food and drinks. The garden was lovely, featuring charming sitting spots, a swimming pool, and a BBQ area. The gite was nice and traditional, though it showed some signs of age.

Great stay for 8 nights, private pool, great to meet the hosts and their extremely friendly and polite children. Not far from Duras we walked it a few times and easy to be get to by car 5 minutes which is a beautiful town to visit with good coffee house, wine bar and restaurants.

Beautiful rural location, a short drive from the lovely small town of Duras, where the Monday market was a joy. We enjoyed the pool and the charming host family - Sandy I loved reading your book. Suzanna gave a great recommendation for a local winery - Chateau Jaron - from where Caroline came and collected us and we had a private wine tasting.

This was the perfect location for a slow life holiday! A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful area of France. Nicest view (especially mornings and stars at night), fresh figs in the garden, the swimming pool, local markets, .. Suzanna, Sandy and their kids were the perfect hosts. We had a wonderful week! And definitely considering coming back to this place 😃

We had a great stay at la Fleur savignac! Suzanna was really nice and welcoming. The property is really beautiful and we enjoyed picking fresh figs from the garden every morning for breakfast. Recommend!

We stayed for a week at Suzanna's place in cottage 1. The setting is quiet and pleasant with a beautiful view of the fields. Communication with Suzanna is efficient and responsive. When we arrived, after a long trip, fruit, a baguette, a camembert, fresh sparkling water and a bottle of wine were waiting for us:) Thank you for this trip!

Beautiful gite/appartement with everything we needed. Swimming pool with beds, beautiful garden, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, dinner table and couch (wouldn’t use it as a bed though) Outside lounge set and dinner table (shared with one other apartment) Suzanne is lovely and has useful recommendations for the area.

We had the most wonderful stay at Suzanna's 1 bed gîte. The property is really magical, quiet, and full of character. The pool was great too, and just what we needed as the temperature hit 38c on a few days! The BBQ was also excellent. The place was clean and tidy. We were with our 9 month old baby, and when we realised there was another family staying in the 3 bed Gîte next door, i was slightly apprehensive about our baby crying and disturbing them, but I need not have worried. The walls are thick, and they were never disturbed. Nor did we hear them during the whole week. It felt very private - despite sharing the pool. (Sun loungers at the pool are great too). Suzanna was very quick to respond to any queries, and her husband Sandy was there to welcome us on arrival and on hand during the week to help if needed. It was a perfect stay. 5 min drive into Duras - and we coincided with the Fête des Vins (1st weekend of August). We hope to return soon!

Very nice place, quiet, relaxing, unobstructed view. Very nice gite, spacious, well-equipped. Pool, barbecue, pétanque, nothing is missing for a great refreshing stay. Duras and its surroundings offer nice getaways.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little corner of paradise where we found everything we hoped for: quiet, beautiful view and very pleasant swimming in the beautiful pool. The cottage was perfect and we were very well hosted by our hosts whom we thank for their kindness!
