The apartment is as described, there is a metro stop about a 7-minute walk away that leaves you in Leicester Square in four stops. The neighbourhood is quiet and does not feel unsafe. The only inconvenient thing is picking up the keys, which you have to go 15 minutes from the apartment, which is very inconvenient especially on arrival with luggage. Having a key safe on the door should make it much easier.

Location very good for a city trip to London. 5-10 minutes from the subway with very good connections (Northern Line). Facilities in order. Good communication with Katherine, she helped with a problem (which, however, should not actually occur) quickly. Check-in and check-out are time-consuming, as the key has to be picked up and taken away 15 minutes on foot (in the opposite direction of the train station).

There's plenty of room for 4 people in the flat, and it feels clean, plus there are shampoos and stuff which was helpful. The area is really quiet and felt pretty safe for us to walk through at night. It's a bit difficult to find the flat, but the location on Google Maps is accurate so just follow that. Unfortunately it is quite a pain to pick up the key and drop it off again - if you arrive by tube, you have to go the opposite direction to get the key, then walk back past the tube station to get to the flat. You also loose 15 minutes off checkout/in time because of the time it takes to walk to the drop off point.

The place was as shown in the photos: nice, clean and very cozy. The location is great. It is located in a quiet area, which is a great respite after a day of sightseeing. The convenience is unbeatable: • A few minutes' walk from a supermarket. • Very close to bus stops and a metro station. The latter was key, as in just 15 minutes we were in central London, which allowed us to easily visit a large number of places of interest. We are totally grateful for the hospitality and recommend this stay without hesitation. We hope to return soon!

Great centrally located apartment. A 5-minute walk from the metro station and supermarket. The apartment offers everything you need and is cozy and clean. We felt right at home! Quiet neighbourhood.

I had stayed with my family( 4 adults) for a week in her cute estate. The apartment was beautifully decorated with all essentials stocked in kitchen and bathroom. It was walkable distance to the tube which was super convenient. Overall a great place to stay.

The Property is convenient and easy to reach 3 min walk for the bus and 5 min to the tube, which makes it possible to be in central London in less than 20 min. Listing is clean and as described. We stayed 4 days with 2 children and everything went well. Communication with Katherin went smoothly and clearly.

Even though I only stayed for 3 days, I was able to rest comfortably and comfortably. The location is not far from the station, and there is also a park right in front, so it's a good place to take a walk.

The apartment was clean and cozy. The landlady was nice and always available for questions. The only point of criticism is the lantern light from the outside, which partly makes the apartment bright at night. Nevertheless, you get used to it over time, we recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Katherin's apartment in London. Katherin was an exceptionally helpful and responsive host. When we found the blankets a bit too warm for the summer weather, she promptly brought us a new, lighter blanket, which made our stay much more comfortable. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs, with all the amenities we required. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with a tube station and a supermarket less than 10 minutes away by foot, making it very convenient to get around and pick up any necessities. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Katherin's place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

Katherin was a kind and responsive host! We really enjoyed how close the apartment was to the train, so it was easy to get to all the popular places to explore! The apartment is across the street from a school, so it was loud at times. We were very off on our typical schedule, with the 7 hour time difference, so being around during the louder times was due to our daily late starts. The apartment was clean and as described. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind using the tube and buses to get around! Also, there are two nice little parks close by if you are traveling with young ones!

We had a good stay! The apartment was very clean and the host was responsive if needed. The bus is a 5 minute walk away. The presence of a baking dish for the oven and a trivet to place the hot pot on the table would be desirable. Thank you for this stay.

The place was located in a great area, right next to a park. It was quiet and at the same time a short walk to the center and close to the subway. The host communicated perfectly and always responded right away. The place itself was very nice, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. We were completely satisfied with everything.

We had a lovely stay at Katherin's place, the flat matched the photos exactly and she was extremely responsive & helpful (even letting us check in slightly early so we could attend our event on time). The location is excellent with parking just outside and loads of buses and tube stations nearby that can get you into Central. Would 100% recommend and could easily stay here again :)

Katherin made this place a lovely, welcoming, clean and comfortable place. The bedding is very good even the very good quality sofa bed, the kitchen well equipped and the living room pleasant. Everything is there to live like at home. The area is quiet and close to amenities on foot. The tube and buses are within easy walking distance, 4 stations from the hyper center of London. We really enjoyed this place and could come back with pleasure. Connecting with Katherin is easy and quick. Thank you for the lovely place.
