Wonderful little apartment in the basement, very efficiently but also tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything we needed in a small space and easy to tidy. The host was super friendly and concerned for our wellbeing. There was a fruit bowl, milk, squash, butter, water and chocolates for my son's as well as extra towels for the beach to greet us on arrival. We had a few chats that I really enjoyed. All in all a fab experience.

no cats ,rabbits or other animals, just a dog. definitely no plugging in on 240 v charging electric cars..if you do we will ask you to leave immediately, we are not covered on insurance you can charge at Tesco & M&S car park or Morrisons. NO PARTIES OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. you must remove & recycle all rubbish in the bins provided. Dogs should not be left alone in the studio . - Gather used towels

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
