no cats ,rabbits or other animals, just a dog. definitely no plugging in on 240 v charging electric cars..if you do we will ask you to leave immediately, we are not covered on insurance you can charge at Tesco & M&S car park or Morrisons. NO PARTIES OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. you must remove & recycle all rubbish in the bins provided. - Gather used towels

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
