My stay here was not the best. When i arrived, there was another filthy guest staying in the apartment that they were unaware of, I arrived at 10am and didnt get into my apartment till 7pm after a long jet lagged flight! Their were multiple flies and insects flying about even after they had him leave and it was cleaned, I had to get rid of them. The tv was not smart and was an old television i had them replace this on the same day i checked in, the wifi didnt work for about a week untill i had that sorted. I then fell quite ill a week or so later from the filthy dusty AC unit which i had them clean. I then had a few issues getting into the apartment where my code wasnt working and a small leak in the bathroom sink that they resolved and the wifi crashing a couple times. Apart from that, they did respond within minutes of any disputes and were fantastic and arranging support and maintenence, apart from that, my stay was good. They were very friendly, very proactive & very responsive

I have had a very positive experience with the OnePerfect team and the property itself. The location is excellent, the building amenities are top-tier, and the studio apartment is well-designed and functional. However, I encountered some challenges regarding maintenance responsiveness. Despite reporting a leak in the kitchen basin and requesting a carpet cleaning, these issues remained unaddressed after multiple follow-ups. Improving the turnaround time for in-unit maintenance would greatly enhance the overall resident experience.

Unfortunately my stay was disappointing. The cleanliness was very poor when I arrived — the dishes, plates and cutlery were dirty. The stove was not working and even though I reported it several times, it was only fixed after one week. During my 15-day stay, no cleaning service was provided at all. I hope the host improves the cleanliness and responsiveness for future guests.

The apartment is situated in Arjan, which is an upcoming area in Dubai so there would be a lot of construction happening around the apartment. Nothing that is very disturbing though. There are a lot of shops around and the gym and swimming pool were neat and tidy.

Wouldn't recommend. It's a residential building with a front desk/security. We arrived 4am in the morning and the front desk was lacking information from the host about our arrival. Because of that, we couldn't check in. Luckily the security was kind enough to let us stay and helped us search for our apartment in the early morning. What do I mean by "search"? We were NEVER SPECIFIED WHICH APARTMENT BLOCK our apartment was in. I ended up trying to enter a wrong apartment with the same room number, in a different block. (It was 4 am. The occupant was obviously pissed). The host was slow to respond. The security came by our room multiple times in the first three days, asking us to provide a permit WE DIDN'T HAVE. I felt really uncomfortable. The staff at the residential building was nice and friendly. The poolside was great. The gym was meh. The internet was REALLY REALLY FAST. There were ants everywhere in the apartment. The kitchen had pots and pans, but no cleaning equipment or proper cooking knives. The bed was nice and clean, but the interior design was really weird: Some closets were unusable, because they were half blocked by furniture. No real manual about the apartment, or how to dispose trash, or how to access the pool or the gym. Had to figure everything out ourselves. Twice a day there was a fire alarm in the building. Sometimes in the middle of the night.
