Before booking, I saw reviews about cleanliness and service. I requested deep cleaning a month in advance. On the day of arrival, I told them at 10 a.m. that I’d arrive at 12 p.m. When I got there, I received the code later at 12:30. I entered to find dusty tables, worn bedding, dirty curtains (in both the bedroom and living room), and mold along the shower door track. I waited from 1 until nearly 4 p.m., unable to rest, while cleaning was arranged. Later, my extension request was ignored for weeks. On the checkout day, they declined it after checkout time. Security entered the apartment without permission. I insisted it was their responsibility. Eventually, Airbnb support helped, but even retrieving my belongings was mishandled. The pictures didn’t match the reality. The only positive was the price and location. If you want a nightmare, book it. Otherwise, avoid.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The location was great and everything was quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful, and always quick to reach. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had on Airbnb. The description of the apartment says that there is a dishwasher but there is not so I had to wash all the dishes by hand every day. The shower was filthy, full of mildew, and the drain was almost completely clogged so all the dirty water backs up onto the shower floor. The living room mosquito nets were torn and the bedroom had none at all. The cookware, especially the pots, were in such bad condition as to be unuseable. The building was depressing, old, and run-down. They gave me the wrong entry code so I waited for an hour outside the apartment while they figured out what the correct code is. After numerous requests and weeks of delay, they finally gave me about a 7% refund, which only adds insult to injury as such a tiny amount does not come near to compensating me for the consequences of their misrepresentation, inadequacy, and incompetence. AVOID!

We were not very satisfied with the accommodation although it seemed very well located however in addition to finding a bad condition the plugs and lamps , the mattress was old sunken and without lining also the lower bed was small and had no league because of what we would sleep on the mattress . Another thing was that the only coffee machine there was a nespresso model where the capsules did not sell them anywhere we went to many places and nobody sold those capsules so we couldn't have coffee in the mornings in the apartment .

Our stay was OK overall but not worth the money we paid. Firstly, the place was not clean and really needs an update. There was mould in the bathroom, after a few days the bathroom started to smell, the floor was visibly very dirty and everything in general was quite dirty and worn down. Secondly, though a small point, but check-in is advertised at 2pm but when they sent further instructions that it’s actually at 3pm which would’ve been okay had it been accurately advertised. When asked whether we can leave the luggage at the concierge they gave us wrong information making me question whether they even bothered to ask. Lastly, the deposit. As a matter of good practice I really shouldn’t be the one chasing them and asking for my deposit back but it should be on the host to take the initiative for returning it to me. The only positive was the flat’s relative closeness to the beach and restaurants on JBR.

We rested in the apartment from 5.02-15.02. The location is excellent, the view of the Ferris wheel is super, the apartment is bright. Overall we were very pleased, but there are some nuances that need to be indicated in advance. Deposit is $400, this was not indicated in advance in the apartment description. There is construction going on around the clock next to the apartments. The apartments have excellent sound insulation, but the noise is a bit audible. If you plan to often sit on the balcony, then construction nearby will be an inconvenience. We were with a small child (1 year old), so cleanliness was important to us; unfortunately, the floors were not very clean, but this did not spoil the impression of the apartment. The last important nuance, the wait to collect the deposit, we were promised at 1-2 o'clock in the afternoon, we arrived at almost 5, also take into account what you can expect.

Incredible primarily because of Mr Wilson who greeted me once I arrived to the hotel and allowed me to get an early check in even though I asked them on such short notice due to my situation. He was very friendly, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and trusted me. Regarding the hotel it’s it was a nice kept room with nice decorations, and plenty of room. The location is very good because of how close it is to the beach. On top of that it has some incredible restaurants nearby in walking distance. Some of the best food I’ve ever tried. Excellent place overall. Thank you Mr Wilson!

Great place, I stayed for nearly a month and felt at home. In between the beach and the marina it’s a great spot for tourists. There were a couple of things in the property that could have done with updating but hosts were super responsive and helpful when anything broke etc. would recommend!

Great location, lovely apartment. Building going through some renovations at the moment but didn’t really cause an issue. Lovely pool. Bathroom maybe a little more worn than photos but still lovely. Lovely decoration and styling. Would recommend for those wanting a great location!

it was good in general terms, it was good in terms of location, outside of the marina, the palm side was good in terms of facilities and use, but there were many deficiencies, cleaning products were either absent or left for 1 day, we bought them ourselves... The friends at the reception were warm and helpful, thank you very much...

The location is excellent and the building is pretty decent. The aparts are rather large and comfy but not so clean. The kitchen has a lot of tools and etc, however, there is no dishwasher (which was mentioned in the listing). Big tv, nice balcony. Overall, 4/5 I would say.

The flat itself was great, cute little place and in a great location. Walking distance from JBR and the beach and tons of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The view from the place is also much nicer than the pictures would imply. Communication with One Perfect Stay was however not great unfortunately. There was scheduled maintenance being done to the water pipes while we were there and we were never informed of it. Not a great scenario to be travelling with a 5 month old baby and then no running water for a whole day. When communicated to David it was implied that that's just too bad, we should have read the notices by the lifts(?!) and then he just wanted to know when he could come and collect some more money. Following that there was a water leak in the bathroom and again were no attempts made to compensate us for the inconvenience - they did fix it but in turn turned off the hot water so we only had cold water for the rest of our stay. So all in all I would love to stay at the same flat again next time but probably not booking with One Stay unfortunately.

Pretty place in general when it comes to its location and decoration. Make sure you get your own soap, garbage bags, detergent, kitchen towel/tissue, shampoo, etc. Place is neat but I wouldn't say clean, furniture and bed cover smell like they haven't been cleaned up for a very long time.

A great location and an amazing apartment, really stylish. Really comfortable bed, not in too much of a noisy area and a really beautiful view from the balcony. Was a really quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back here!!

Although the flexor was beautiful on the photos and it matched what I saw in person, the cleanliness of the space was horrible. The bathroom was not clean and when I turned on any faucet in the apartment unit, brown water came out making it unbearable to wash my face/body, brush my teeth or do any other hygiene related needs.
