This flat has a really fun view and location. It's a fabulous two-story living space. Other reviews caution about the noise and stairs, and that's fair. The elevator wasn't working (since early March), and the bathroom and bedrooms are on different floors, so keep this in mind. We found the noise tolerable and almost white-noise-ish, and had to laugh about the neighbors who complained about the hallway noise in light of the neighborhood noise! Mad Cats is a kitchen and high-fi bar across the street from the flat that we enjoyed for some late night groovy time.

The location of this apartment is incredible, bang in the middle of Shoreditch. Unfortunately, we had a number of issues - the key was not available for us to pick up at check in time - it turned out this was because the apartment had not been cleaned, meaning after flying for 36 hours, we had to wait before we could properly access the property - the water pressure of the shower was so bad the handheld attachment couldn’t actually function - when we raised this with the property manager, we were told to “give it a wiggle.” Needless to say, this did not work - (this may be because an AI bot is replying to messages) - the building’s lift - something we had chosen the property for - was not working, and a notice posted in the stairwell suggested it had not been working for a month. Overall, while the location is amazing, and the property looks like the pictures, we did not have an experience in line with the amount it cost.
