We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was even better than expected — sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and kids loved the pool and play area. Luqmaan the property manager was incredible, always responding swiftly and willing to assist with anything we needed. He provided excellent service and was there in a minute if we needed him. The environment was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay as a family coming for a wedding on a nearby wine farm. The house is huge and the baby really enjoyed the Play area as well as the geese and Peacocks. The house had everything we needed and more. The baby Cot was a nice touch and the inside braai area and pizza oven is a nice touch. I would recommend for large families and Friend groups. This was all in all a great stay and we loved it.

We had an amazing stay at this property with our family. We were all impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the size and spaciousness of the house. Our kids had an incredible time, (entertainment area is really awesome) which made the experience even more special. The host was extremely friendly, always available, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return

Sir Lowrys Place was a peaceful, comfortable site on a older vineyard, complete with security gate and active personnel. It is near the motorcycle museum in Somerset West which is a nice plus and the breakfast at the museum is great btw. The only slight downside is that it is under management that is not available nearby or in person. All communication is via the app and is a bit clunky from time to time because of the number of staff at Euphoric. There is also a fee that you pay in addition to the stated amount which is in the fine print and easy to miss. It isn’t a huge amount but AirBnB is inaccurate to say “includes all fees.” As is typical in some areas of the world, there are no wash cloths. (We wish we would’ve known coming from the US). Also no basic staples like salt, spices, etc. but a good grocery store is less than 2 miles. Other than those few items, we do heartily recommend the place and think you will find it is accurately described and worth the price.

Great location, the house and the local host are great. The company who is in the middel I did not find nice and easy to talk to. For example before checking out, they sent me a message that if you don t check out in time you will have a fine. In my opinion not Customer friendly. The local host Werner is great though.

We stayed here as a group of three families with children, planning to visit Stellenbosch and Hermanus. It was larger than we'd imagined from the photos, with four bedrooms. It was more than adequate. The swings and pool were right next to the house, which the kids loved. They also provided two cribs, which was very helpful. The adults enjoyed playing billiards. During our stay, we had some issues with many powered-off outlets, but we contacted the owner, who quickly addressed the issue. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a company workshop for 3 nights and had a good time. While we didn’t take advantage of the pool, playground and other facilities one would enjoy during a holiday we appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the peaceful location and the fast Internet. Communication was a little difficult when trying to book an extra night but besides that we were very well taken care of. Thank you!

We had an amazing family vacation at the manor, the stay was super comfortable and cozy and every staff member on site was so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful! The place has all the necessary comforts and is well equipped. Beautifully located, it feels like you're so far off into nature, yet have all the necessities and convenience stores so close by. We will definitely be visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again with family or friends. We were a small group so some of the rooms were not used, but this space is perfect for a family or friends vacation. Great with kids as not a sound can be heard from the TV/entertainment area through to some of the bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and were quick to respond and assist with minor requests or amenities. Would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning home. Perfect for family stay. The ground staff are friendly and professional. My son loved the geese, chickens, ducks and turkey. The view from the vineyard is beautiful. Peaceful lovely home

This home is beautiful and the living area is a treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location makes it a perfect base for a trip. The wood burner was probably the highlight of the winter evenings and works really well. The restaurant next door and wine farm 2 doors away means you do not have to travel far if you prefer to stay near your base. Would definitely recommend the home.

I don’t even know where to begin. My family and I have dreamt of a farm house lifestyle for the past few years and in just 4 nights we got to experience that and more. The overall HOUSE (homely with good finishes) the VIEWS (dreamy, with the vines, mountains, olive trees and well kept gardens) and then the ANIMALS (chickens, goats, turkey and ducks in a row to set the tone for your day). Thank you for trusting us with your home. Staff 100% Cleaning services 100% We will back.

We had a fantastic yet short stay at this farm house. It was very peacefull and was lovely to wake up and walk around the estate. The place was spotless , and well kept. It also had some lovely chickens and geese on the farm which was a nice surprise. The house has lots of space with big tables for everyone to eat around. Pool was sparking and outside areas was all very neat. Kitchen was modern and perfect in every possible way. Although staff stayed on the property, it did not infringe on our privacy. We felt very safe as well with the security at the gate. Our only regret was that our stay was too short.

We had a perfect stay in this spacious, well equipped, beautiful home. All the commodities that you could need are available and very competent and friendly staff on site. Stunning views and in a safe environment, you don’t feel locked in, but surrounded by the breathtaking nature of the Cape Town region. We hesitated when seeing that the house was new on renting platforms, but the owners have years of experience and the house is the perfect example of a vacation home. Would highly recommend.
