Whilst the Europhic staff were very response to queries and concerns throughout our stay when we first arrived at the Airbnb we thought it was still under construction as there was scaffolding and building staff all around. Secondly when we got the Airbnb the WiFi wasn’t working for the first two days, I was going back and forth with the Eurphoric staff to try sort out the issue until eventually they came to sort it out. Thirdly, the water in one of the bathrooms (and kitchen) just stopped one of the evenings out of nowhere - thankfully it came back the next morning. The furniture in the sun lounge / balcony was relatively dusty and didn’t look as though it had been cleaned for some days. Some of the bed sheets also had brown marks and stains. Lastly, we were not expecting the noise. The noise that is carried in from the streets, traffic, sirens, etc all day is rather disturbing, especially at night. The apartment itself was fine, but wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We had an appointment at the U.S. Consulate so the location of this Air Bnb was the perfect. It was also easy to find a petrol station and places to eat. We also utilised Uber Eats delivery. We have 3 kids so safety is always a priority. We felt perfectly safe and secure with both in the flat and leaving our vehicle in the parking structure. The space is nicely furnished and is quite spacious, which was perfect for our family of 5. We really appreciated the Aircon! The only reason I gave one less star is because of a bit of a cleanliness issue. We had to rewash most of the dishes before we could use them. There were a few other small issues that I reported to the management company and they were very responsive. Trusting that those things will be sorted in between guests, I would stay here again and recommend the location to others.
