We were asked to pay a large additional security deposit after booking through Airbnb, which was unexpected and should have been disclosed upfront. The apartment was also not properly cleaned on arrival, particularly the kitchen and there was even rotten food left in one of the cupboards. Several kitchen items were chipped or incomplete and the shower drain was blocked. Although we reported the blocked drain, it was never attended to during our stay. While the location is good, it is extremely noisy. The most disappointing part of our experience came after checkout, when we were falsely accused of damaging and taking household items, despite no evidence being provided. We treated the property with care and respect throughout our stay, so these allegations were both upsetting and disappointing. Based on our overall experience, we would not stay here again.

The place was huge and beautiful. It’s the perfect space for group outings . It’s big enough . I loved that it had a little sun room where we could hang and chill . Beautiful , definitely going back .

Euphoric has truly taken all effort out of planning a trip. We enjoyed our stay so much! The apartment was super neat and tidy and very spacious! Definitely worth every cent. The hosts are incredibly friendly and responsive! Will definitely book here again!

I recently booked this Airbnb for my brother, and overall he had a great stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities that made it comfortable and convenient. The only downside was some noise from the nearby main road, which could be noticeable at times. It might be worth exploring soundproofing options to improve the experience further. That said, he would still recommend this place to others and enjoyed his stay overall.

Whilst the Europhic staff were very response to queries and concerns throughout our stay when we first arrived at the Airbnb we thought it was still under construction as there was scaffolding and building staff all around. Secondly when we got the Airbnb the WiFi wasn’t working for the first two days, I was going back and forth with the Eurphoric staff to try sort out the issue until eventually they came to sort it out. Thirdly, the water in one of the bathrooms (and kitchen) just stopped one of the evenings out of nowhere - thankfully it came back the next morning. The furniture in the sun lounge / balcony was relatively dusty and didn’t look as though it had been cleaned for some days. Some of the bed sheets also had brown marks and stains. Lastly, we were not expecting the noise. The noise that is carried in from the streets, traffic, sirens, etc all day is rather disturbing, especially at night. The apartment itself was fine, but wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We had an appointment at the U.S. Consulate so the location of this Air Bnb was the perfect. It was also easy to find a petrol station and places to eat. We also utilised Uber Eats delivery. We have 3 kids so safety is always a priority. We felt perfectly safe and secure with both in the flat and leaving our vehicle in the parking structure. The space is nicely furnished and is quite spacious, which was perfect for our family of 5. We really appreciated the Aircon! The only reason I gave one less star is because of a bit of a cleanliness issue. We had to rewash most of the dishes before we could use them. There were a few other small issues that I reported to the management company and they were very responsive. Trusting that those things will be sorted in between guests, I would stay here again and recommend the location to others.

I had a very good experience staying at this Airbnb. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed, including auto services and other conveniences. It made getting around and handling errands super easy. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness. While the space was generally comfortable, a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would really elevate the experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would consider staying again!

Spacious, clean and well presented, although a little tired in places, with laminate peeling off kitchen cupboards and the kitchen floor. We were greeted by a very lethargic security guard who appeared very unwilling to show us how to get in and where to go. This continued with the reception staff, who really seemed disinterested in helping us. Once we were in, everything was OK, however, as another reviewer pointed out, the large glassed balcony isn't really a useable space as it has all the air-con compressors inside it, which make it noisy and hot. Good for drying clothes, but little else. The road outside is very noisy at all hours too. By far the worst aspect however, was the lack of water on our final night. It stopped early evening and wasn't back on when we left the next day, leaving us with no shower ahead of a 20hr journey. We also had to leave loads of dirty dishes in the sink. Upon checking online, it was a planned outage, and therefore inexcusable that we weren't told.

Spacious and well equipped but airless due to closed in veranda with aircon units blowing hot air into this space. And excess water from units makes the floor wet. Windows and doors open onto this area. There are windows which you can open from the bedrooms however it’s too noisy to sleep with them open. Such a pity as the space could be better used without that issue. I am sure it will be very comfortable in winter.
