This one bedroom apartment located on the seafront in Fuengirola over looks lovely communal garden, swimming pool and sea, it is an ideal holiday apartment.The apartment comprises of one double bedroom, a full kitchen, bathroom and a bright spacious living room leading out onto a sunny balcony with stunning sea views. The living room as a good size sofa bed so can accommodate up to four people.
There is air-conditioning in the living room. The unit faces the bedroom door so it flows into the bedroom.
The car parking is communal car park and is free subject to availability. We cannot guarantee parking space

The location and the parking are the only real positive points of this accommodation. On the other hand, the level of comfort is clearly inadequate. Both the sofa bed and the extra bed are very old and extremely uncomfortable. We had to report the issue to the host, who sent a mattress topper, which clearly confirms that the problem exists. The kitchen lacked basic amenities such as tea towels, and the toilet was only provided with a single roll of toilet paper. The washing machine is also very noisy during the spin cycle, to the extent that it becomes a nuisance in the property. Another important point for future guests: a cash deposit of €180 is required at check-in. In addition, the host charges €70 for check-in between 10 pm and midnight, and €100 after midnight. Due to the new entry requirements for Spain, we experienced a delay beyond our control. Despite this, the host refused to offer any flexibility on the late check-in fee.

My stay at the accommodation was perfect. I'd like to highlight the location, in front of the beach, with a good pool, parking inside the development, the development is very quiet and the pool area is very clean and the garden is very well maintained. The accommodation is very good, with side views of the beach and the pool. i recommend it 100x100 very close to supermarkets and restaurants Madelein's service was very good and pleasant we spent a few very comfortable and quiet days

We enjoyed our stay! the apartment is big, nice furniture, comfortable bed and sofa for sleeping. We spent a lot of time at the balcony - nice sea view! There’s a pool available for the tenants, the area is private so it’s calm 3 mins walking to the beach, 7 mins to the train station and 10 mins to Mercadona Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking Good wi fi, enough in case you need to work on laptop The host was very responsive, we met to get the keys and at the end of our stay to get back the security deposit The only thing I’d improve is to have the toiletries (there were none) and more toilet paper.
