The studio is very pleasant, perfectly maintained and clean, and the host is very responsive. There is a car park opposite. The facilities are adequate and there is everything you need for the usual requirements of a rental. The view of the beach is magnificent, and it is very easy to get there (about 200 m) There are many shops and restaurants nearby. However, we must point out that the apartment is opposite the Nationale 6 (a very busy road), and that, as a result, the balcony is noisy; it is better once the windows are closed. There is also a railway line that runs behind (less annoying, however).

Great location with waterfront views and easy parking. There were some problems with blinds, but host was very responsive and tried to get things fixed. It was the weekend, so could not fix right away, but she stayed in touch and was respected our wishes.

Great wee studio apartment on the beach. Balcony was fantastic for both morning and evening sun. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time relaxing here.

The apartment was bigger than it looked in the photos, has a stunning balcony and spectacular view. Its a few steps from the tunnel to the paradao (beach path) and easy walking to Cascais. Filipa was responsive whenever I had questions and helpful on check in. I hope to stay there again.

Excellent!!! An apartment right on the beach, super comfortable, beautiful, all new and super clean. Very comfortable beds and with all the details to make you feel at home. It's just like the photos or even better!!! Close to a supermarket, bus stops and the train station that takes you to Lisbon. To access the beach, you just have to cross a street through a pedestrian tunnel that is accessed from the door of the building, two steps away. Filipa is very attentive, decisive and kind to queries and comments. It took us a little while to find the entrance to the building, but once inside, access to the apartment was easy and intuitive. I recommend it 100% and of course I will repeat as soon as I can!!!

Very nice apartment near beach. The space is bright and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is high-quality, the air conditioning works perfectly. Also the bathroom is nice and large. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for simple meals. The beach can be reached in a few steps via an underpass. The water is great, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. Great for a few days of beach vacation. Attention: you have to climb some stairs to get into the apartment.

We loved the apartment! It was bright and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate in a few evenings, after shopping at the wonderful Cascais farmers market. The "guide book" of things to do and local restaurants was very useful. We appreciated having the recommendations. All in all, a wonderful stay for the week.

The balcony view laid the ocean and boardwalk right in front of us! It’s nicely furnished and has plentiful storage. Everything is easily walkable…restaurants, bars, grocery, train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would choose to stay again and again!

Very nice apartment, colorful and well decorated. Clean and with all the amenities you need for a weekend. The balcony with sea view is a plus. On the other hand, the road in front is very busy + train nearby, convenient for activities but less for the calm and noise of the waves. I still recommend this clean, convenient and well-located apartment.

Our stay was overall fine. The apartment is small but enough for two, with a pleasant view. However, we had issues with the internet, as the connection was either non-existent or very weak. Instead of resolving this, the host, Filipa, suggested we leave the apartment. Additionally, when my wife’s friend briefly visited before go to the beach, a colleague of the host Sara mistakenly reported that we were exceeding the guest limit. Without clarification, Filipa asked us to vacate, assuming we had four people staying. While the apartment was adequate, the host’s approach to these issues made our experience mixed. Thank you.
