Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the town center and steps away from the Vallon de Valrugues, this fully renovated villa is nestled on a 2,000 m² private plot surrounded by lush greenery, including a centennial olive tree. The space
The villa features four en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a television, private bathroom, and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Ground Floor: Two bedrooms with direct access to a charming outdoor walkway.
First Floor: A spacious master suite with a covered terrace and outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing in tranquility. An additional bedroom completes this level.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, creating a seamless and inviting space. A utility room provides extra storage for added convenience.

Outdoor Area: The 9 x 3.5-meter heated swimming pool, equipped with an underwater cover for enhanced safety, allows for enjoyable swims year-round. The expansive shaded terrace is ideal for outdoor dining with family and friends. A covered carport accommodates up to two vehicles.

Amenities: The entire villa is air-conditioned with reversible climate control in all rooms, ensuring optimal comfort in any season.

Such a fantastic house and location, we had a wonderful time. The house is stunning - the balcony next to the master bedroom was a wonderful place to escape the kids! There is a concierge service which dealt with key drop-off and collection - Lucie who managed the keys had some great suggestions locally: much to be tried. Lucie also organised a massage at the house for my wife and I - Celine provided one of the best massages either of us have ever had. Sybille also touched base during our visit to check everything was going well. We have already recommended to some friends and plan to be back! Thank you.

    The number of occupants is limited to that defined in your booking agreement. Weddings and other festive events are not allowed on the site and the number of people is strictly regulated. Any outside service provider does not have access to our establishments. This includes: home chef, DJ, food truck, baby sitter, housekeepers… We work with trusted service providers that we know, that we have tested, who are graduates, certified and above all insured. In addition, they have an exclusivity contract with our concierge which is very important to us in case of any problems. Any violation of non-compliance with these rules results in penalties withheld from the security deposit. If items are damaged by the vacationer, they will be charged for the amount of the restoration. For non-repairable items, the vacationer will be charged the replacement value without obsolescence. Vacationers must clear the property of their waste, and respect the exit of the containers on the scheduled days. The house must be left in a state of cleanliness related to its use. Additional cleaning hours as a result of not maintaining the property during the stay or abuse will be charged. This place is non-smoking. Outside the premises, ashtrays are available. It is strictly forbidden to throw the filters on the floor. Tenants also acknowledge the owner's liability in the event of negligence regarding the shutdown of the alarm. As well as the pool alarm rests on their full responsibility. No compensation can be claimed by the tenant (s). Facilities are not equipped for electric car charging and guests are prohibited from charging electric cars on indoor and outdoor domestic outlets. Guests will be charged an additional €70 per car recharged in our establishments if we notice this mischief. We have a link that will allow you to locate the different kiosks close to the establishments and our on-site concierge will be happy to give them this link.
