We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely and clean, and the location was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. It was also very easy to find and a convenient place to stay. The home is a little dated, and the windows could have been cleaner, but these were minor things and didn’t detract from our overall experience. We appreciated the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Ballarat. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the house is in such a beautiful, quiet location. We were in Ballarat to attend a national sporting event at Victoria Park, so the location was absolutely perfect for us. Being so close meant we could easily drive back and forth between races, which made the weekend so much easier. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the heated blankets during the chilly Ballarat weather! There were also plenty of things to keep our child entertained on rainy days, including board games, a TV, table tennis table and dart board. The secure garden was another big plus for us, as our dog could safely have a quick stretch outside between walks. A comfortable, clean and very well-located home that worked perfectly for our family and our weekend in Ballarat. If we are back for the event again next year, we will definitely be booking this house again!

Overall, great place with good amenities. Given it’s in Ballarat could really do with central heating and a heat lamp in the bathroom. Water pressure not amazing in the shower and has a pre check rental procedure which isn’t clear on Airbnb (no issue for us but it’s better to be confirmed immediately), has very set rental agreements and just a shame they aren’t open to flexibility with early check in. Secure yard for animals which is great.
