Attention everyone with toddlers/ kids: if you are looking for a kid friendly, amazing apartment in Lisbon- THIS IS IT!! It's a beautiful, large and very clean apartment with tall ceilings and an outside patio- very spacious for families. There was 6 of us and still a bedroom empty. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with a toddler. So many toys!!!! A ride on bike, a crib, a toddler bed, highchairs, baby forks, spoons, plates and cups. Also the location was perfect- dt Lisbon but in a quiet family neighborhood. Within 5 min walking distance to 2 playgrounds. Additionally, Joao, Christina and Taryn were quick and easy to communicate with and all helped to make our stay extra special. We booked numerous excursions through them (sunset sailing, Sintra trip, wine tasting, Fado night) that were all amazing and top of the line. We felt safe knowing that we weren't getting scammed or ripped off. Do yourself and your family a favour- just book this apartment. It's worth it

Huge, well kept, quiet, and perfectly located - this apartment is a gem for any large group and especially for ones that include kids - the game room was a huge hit and is unparalleled to anything we have found at an Airbnb, in Lisbon or elsewhere. Moreover, Joao and team were incredible hosts, super attentive and helpful. Thank you!

Awesome location! We’ve stayed in Other areas of Lisbon and this was our favorite! This was a last minute booking due to flight cancellation and they were so kind about letting us check in early! We had an issue with the electricity and they were very responsive and even helped us with our Laundry!!!

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 8, including two young children. The place was well stocked with toys, high chairs, kids dinnerware. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We did experience some street noise at night - garbage trucks, and people talking at 3 am (the street is narrow, so sound is amplified), but overall the street was quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. A 5 minute walk or less to a small grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. An easy walk to the nearby park with a playground and bus stop.

The place is in a great location for walking the city and enjoying restaurants and bars/clubs. We had the best time. The points came off of my rating because of the neighbors upstairs. I swear they did military drills from 6AM until 2AM every day walking back and forth non-stop and knocking over a chair at each end of their house. It was constant and very very irritating. If you are a light sleeper this place will not work for you. The second major issue was the beds. Thankfully it was only three of us, because there were three very comfy beds. The other beds were not usable. They were like sleeping on stacked plywood. I couldn't believe there was such a difference. Next, the "AC/Heat" is ONLY in the bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, hallway and bathrooms were freezing while we were there. We made it work by using the fans to blow heat into the hallways. Lastly, the place was "clean" but a typically well worn AirBnB. No idea how this got a 4.96. But it wasn't bad.
