This apartment was perfect for us (5 people)! It really is spacious, 2 bathrooms and beds were really comfortable. Great that it had a parking spot too but we didn’t have to use it. The hosts were responsive, friendly and had lots of recos / discounts. We booked a private tour to Sintra through them and it was great as well. Plan to check out their other listings when we visit Portugal again !

We had a great stay in this apartment, located comfortably away from the busy tourist areas. Getting to the main attractions is easy — all means of transportation are within a 10-minute walk. A Lidl supermarket is also nearby, which was convenient. The apartment itself? In one word: stunning (and clean). It offered plenty of space for the four of us, including two full bathrooms. Each room, including the well-equipped kitchen, had air conditioning. The space felt truly like a home away from home. The private parking spot is a great bonus, though entering and exiting requires a bit of confidence, as it’s narrow and steep. A special mention goes to João and his support team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Questions were answered quickly, and any small issues were resolved fast. They clearly care about their guests. And yes, you’ll hear traffic outside and airplanes due to the proximity to the airport. However, with the windows closed this wasn’t a problem.

Good location with supermarket and metro station nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Host is super responsive and well communicated. We were told that the air conditioner in the living room was not functioning properly during check-in but it wasn’t affect us much as we were out all day but Joao was very caring to check on us the next day and sent us a brand new fan to make sure we stay comfortably. We had a great stay here and for sure will return if we visit Lisbon again. Highly recommended.

Overall, we are very satisfied. Important to know is that the street in front of the apartment is very noisy with open windows. When approaching the landing, the planes fly quite deep and you can hear that. This is tolerable with the windows closed. The whole apartment is air conditioned.

The prep and check in was very smooth with Fernando welcoming us and giving lots of useful tips. He was warm and made us feel at home. Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working and the hot water heater broke down. Host tried to fix it but wasn’t able to for the few days we were there. Location was peaceful and near airport. Some good restaurants were within walking distance.

Great apartment to stay in Lisbon. Easy access area. Spacious. All the amenities for an optimal stay. This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and in the future, if we need a place to stay, I won't hesitate to choose this place. Very good

We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Close to public transport, we were able to leave the car in the parking lot. Our host gave us plenty of directions to make our stay easier. I highly recommend it and will gladly come back.

Tomas met us on time and was friendly and attentive. A wonderful bottle of wine was left and also some store cupboard supplies, which was wonderful. Hosts also booked a great Fado restaurant for us and helped us with some great suggestions for other activities. We loved the size of the apartment and the safety of the car park etc. Highly recommended, wonderful hosts

This place was very comfortable and excellent stay. It is somewhat away from the noisy center of the city so if you are looking for walk able area where there are things happening and lots of people, this won't be it. It is quiet and we felt very safe so that was much appreciated. Even though we rented a car, we did take Uber to get to where we wanted to go and utilized delivery services for those mornings we felt too lazy to get up for breakfast. Speaking of car, the garage space was very spacious which put my anxiety to rest because rental service gave us a large SUV. The apartment was as described in the listing with pictures to match. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to stay. Large, very well-decorated spaces. Details with attention to detail, including amenities. Good location a few minutes from the azula metro line that with a few stops leads to the center. Just ahead of the apartment is a nice park with a bike path. Plus is the parking space in the garage. One of the best stays we've ever had. The apartment is well located close to restaurants and to the 7 Rios station where there is a supermarket. The apartment is wide very well divided with plenty of cabinets, has a modern and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and towels and bed linen. Only the toilets that had an odor in the first days coming from the pipes, I believe because it was long closed but a flavoring spray resolved. Joao and his team were sensational from help in marking the airport shuttle to the cradle and the toys they put on the apt for our 2-year-old son. We had a problem with the building's lobby code and Joao promptly asked a member of his team the sympathetic Fernando to meet us in the middle of our tour in the district of Chiado to give us new keys. I found it very efficient. I hope to return to Lisbon soon.

The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and was well cleaned. Despite being on the first floor on a busy avenue, it's quiet. Good quality linen and bath. Well-equipped kitchen. The fact that there was a garage in the building itself was very nice. Tomás received us with punctuality and kindness. He always responded quickly. I suggest there is more information about the location as it was not easy to find. And that more explanations are given how the washer and dryer works.

João and co. greet with smiles and open arms, until you notice a mistake, and then they will absolutely not have your back. Bathroom floor was stained and there were hairs under the covers of the bed. I flagged this with the host and the excuses came. The first thing I asked before booking was how quiet the area is. The host said it was tranquil. This was a lie. My infant was constantly woken up by loud neighbours and motorbikes heard from the window door which didn’t close properly. João sent someone to ‘talk’ to me, instead of a friendly discussion it was like I was being coerced. Later, the host(s) attempted to trick me into cancelling the reservation. João refused to offer a proper refund on un-used nights. I’ve never had to get AirBnB Support involved before. They warned me NOT to cancel. They investigated and found that I was indeed misled and not only gave refund on un-used nights, but also a partial refund I never asked for. Do yourself a favour. Book elsewhere.

We found this apartment and booked it 2 days before arrival. Check-in was easy and seamless. Joao asked us for our arrival time and was there to meet us and give us the keys to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect. It is spacious, cozy, and is located in a great area for our needs. We stayed for a week. We can definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they stay in area. Joao and his company also offer tour recommendations and provide concierge services, which is helpful.
