- Apartment has been renovated in 2017 and is going through a refresh in 2026
- Where possible all works and furniture have been sourced by local artists and craftsman
- We tried to maintain some of the original apartment designs

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. Check-in is typically done in person, where you’ll receive the keys, a walkthrough of the apartment, and an introduction to the neighbourhood and city. Self check-in may be available depending on circumstances. Parking Availability: We offer free exclusive guest parking, let us know in advance if you need access, and we'll provide the necessary instructions including car rental dealership recommendation.
Other things to note
• 📍 Central Location & Night-Time Noise. This 3rd floor home (accessed both via lift or stairs) is located nearby a lively, central area close to bars, restaurants, and riverfront venues 🌆 As is typical of vibrant city centres, street activity and music may be heard at night, particularly in the blue twin bedroom, which faces the street. Guests who are sensitive to noise, or travelling with infants 👶, are advised to use the double bedroom or orange twin bedroom, which are quieter and preferred by families. Earplugs are provided for adult guests 😌If you require a completely quiet environment throughout the night in the entire home, this property and location may not be suitable.

• 🧸 Family-Friendly Stay. Families with children of all ages are welcome 💛 Family amenities (baby cot, high chair, toys) are available on request. We previously lived in this apartment with our own children (5 and 1) for several months a year, including an infant, prior to relocating to Lisbon full-time 🏡 A public playground near Time Out Market is within walking distance 🛝

• Luxurious Amenities 🛏 Cotton sheets, duvets, and towels included 🧺 Final cleaning included, optional cleaning, linen changes, and fresh towels available for stays longer than 7 nights

The place was very spacious and decorated fun. It is well stocked and very clean. Communication was excellent The place is located in areas of night clubs and bars and can be loud on Friday and Saturday night. But if that doesn’t bother you much it’s a great place.

The house is in the city and is quite large, especially suitable for large families.More than 600m from Auguste Street, you can walk to all parts of the city.The host is very nice, he can tell you the answer when you encounter problems.Tram 28 passes downstairs.

  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
  • If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
