Bertrand was an absolutely delightful host! He was so responsive, and accommodating, even when our arrival plans were a little disrupted. He provided a wonderful, centrally located residence which genuinely felt like a home away from home. Not only that, he provided such clear, and easy information about the area, activities, restaurants etc via a web app which was easily accessed on a mobile device. Would certainly stay there again if I return to Bordeaux!

Bertrand's place is located right in the heart of Bordeaux, close to innumerable restaurants, shopping, historical and cultural highlights, and natural beauty. The unit even has two nice little patios to sit outside and enjoy the hum of the pedestrian street below. Everything you could need for a great stay!

The apartment has everything you need. It's just as it appears in the photos: very comfortable, pleasant and well equipped. The location is excellent, with everything close by, a great supermarket just below and an excellent bakery a few metres away. Well connected to the airport and the main train stations. The host is friendly and we appreciated the flexible check-out time.

Bertrand's accommodation is simply perfect and exceptionally clean! I stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my 3-year-old son. Bertrand was kind enough to extend our rental for us, even though it wasn’t planned! What’s more, you really feel safe there! The building is very nice; everything is close to the flat: shops, a boutique, a restaurant, a museum and even a number of doctors. The accommodation is very well equipped in terms of the kitchen and storage spaces! A true 5*! We would be delighted to come back.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights in Betrand's apartment. Centrally located in Bordeaux with lots to see/do nearby, supermarket under the building and public transport (tram) just around the corner ..... it was a wonderful experience staying there. Bertrand was incredibly responsive for the whole booking processs and we always knew if we'd needed anything he'd be super helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was soooooooo comfortable! 😊😎 Staying there was truly a highlight of our European trip! Thanks Bertrand.

Bertrand’s place was in a perfect location. Close to all the attractions & shops, bars & restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean and tidy. The air-con was a huge bonus. We would stay again if we ever return to Bordeaux and would not hesitate to recommend Bertrand’s apartment.

A perfect stay! Our recent stay was flawless. Bertrand's apartment is well equipped, meticulously clean, and in a central location. Bertrand met us upon check-in to ensure we could easily access the building and then explained how everything worked. He was very proactive with all communications. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant because Bordeaux is a beautiful city. Bertrand's apartment is in a good location but not sufficiently furnished for a week's stay. Very narrow and uncomfortable bathtub; the IKEA feather duvet is very heavy, it only has tubes; the kitchen lacks equipment such as a teapot and some additional utensils. Although pedestrianized, the street remains noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open.

Bertrand’s apartment was truly amazing! It was a beautiful (and super clean) space and strategically located. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the little terrace. We loved how you could walk everywhere. Therefore, we didn’t need to take our car out of the garage. Whenever we had a question, Bertrand was quick to respond. Overall, it was a fabulous experience to stay in Bertrand’s apartment. Felt like we hit the jackpot with this place!

The apartment is just like the photos, super clean, practical, very well located and very nice. You can tour the city on foot, no transport is necessary although if they wanted, it has the tram 50 meters away. Beautiful area, although there are bars and restaurants the apartment is quiet. It really exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent. Bertrand is very kind. Totally recommended!

The place is right in a great location. The check-in process was very easy and flexible. Having a free parking space was a huge plus. The place was spotless with plenty of condiments, coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable. It can be a little noisy outside at night but we were so tired we slept through most of it.

Bertrand was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The car park attached to the apartment was very convenient. Close to lots of restaurants and a supermarket as well as attractions.

Everything was as advertised. Well located , close to tram, and several excellant restaurants with 10-15 minute walk. The bakery up the street had great bread, pasteries, quiche and of course croissants (Bernard you need to add to your list). The apartment itself was spotless with everyone thing in working order. Internet access was easy & fast. Highly recomment this appartment

Bertrand was great, met us to explain check-in, and was amazingly responsive! We would definitely try to stay here again if we are able to return to Bordeaux. The location is outstanding! So much to do and see within easy walking distance. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc.

We had a great stay at Bertrand’s flat while we spent a week in Bordeaux. His apartment couldn’t be in a better location, as it’s so central to everything. Having access to the underground parking garage was also super convenient. Bertrand was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. We would be happy to stay here again when we return to Bordeaux!

Refurbished flat with everything you need for a great stay. Unbeatable location, private parking right in the Cathedral area, which is directly connected to the apartment. Pedestrian and quiet area right in the center of it all. The host was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was helpful and prompt. The apartment was pristine, had everything we needed, was very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The tram station was steps away for ease in moving around the city. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Very good stay in the apartment which is super well located to visit Bordeaux for a week together. The Saint Christoly parking lot subscription is an undeniable advantage in this hypercenter district. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, corresponds to the description. It overlooks Rue des Trois Conils which is quite lively without being noisy. Portable air conditioning was essential for two days of high heat. Bertrand was very welcoming and available to respond to our requests.
