The location was excellent, but we had to buy a pass (we paid €100 for 7 days) for an open-air car park because it was impossible to park in the blue zone. The lift was out of order until the last day of our stay, when it was fixed, and we had the apartment on the fourth floor. We would have appreciated being informed that the apartment had a parasol and beach chairs when we asked, and we wouldn't have brought them from home. The area is very quiet, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The pool and the garden area are very well maintained. All the rooms had air conditioning, which is great in August.

The apartment is exactly as described. It’s definitely dated and over cluttered, but clean and homely. The main bed is small and the wardrobe space in the apartment isn’t great. We had a few problems with the shutters but CasaSol were very quick to try and sort. The location is just perfect! 5 min walk down the gorgeous streets of Nerja to the Balcón. Loads of restaurants at your door step. A hand supermarket around the corner and gorgeous bakery across from the road from the super market. The beach is directly across the road and Burriana Beach is only a 10 minute walk which is beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better location. The pool and the grounds of the building are PRISTINE. The pool was lovely and warm and very clean. The gardner was out every morning cleaning and minding the grounds to such a high standard. The building is immaculate. The wine in the fridge was a lovely touch. Pricey, but I’d recommend VerdeMar. Thank you!

The place was lovely, homely, and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away which has plenty of choice and the apartment is very close to local bars restaurants and the centre of things,

We are a family of 4 (with two teen daughters) and we visited in June. It was a great location and a bright, cozy place to call home for the time we had to enjoy Nerja. The beds were comfortable and the patio was amazing with views of the Mediterranean a few blocks away and of the trees and pool just below. It is a safe, sweet, easy stay and I'd be happy to return and do it all over again! The Casasol staff was very accommodating and it was so welcoming to have cold water, a bag of peanuts, and a bottle of white wine waiting our arrival. It felt like a true vacation! Kindly, Emma

Although a bit dated this apartment is perfect for exploring Nerja being within easy walking distance of both the town and beach (although down a lot of steps). It has the added advantage of a balcony with sea views and a shared pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool area and we adults really enjoyed the Sea view from the balcony. The apartment is near all the good restaurants. If we could we would have stayed longer :)

Great location in walking distance to beaches, restaurants and old town. View from the balcony to the sea and large swimming pool made relaxing on the balcony very pleasant. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and had access to extras including beach towels, beach chairs, shopping cart, umbrellas and balls for children which were useful for a beach holiday. Host had the apartment well equipped for a great holiday.

Good apartment with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with its wonderful view. Close to a lovely vantage point and to the town. Nerja is a lovely holiday destination.

The communication was really good and responsive. We booked an airport transfer which was reliable and friendly both ways. The location was perfect, short walk to town and beach, but still quiet. The apartment was a great size with everything we needed and a gift of wine and chocolates which was kind. The balcony with sea views was perfect. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed and was being maintained all week which was a bit noisy (started early!) The pool was advertised as open year round which is why we chose this accommodation but when we arrived the woman who showed us in said it is seasonal, and this is clearly stated on posters around the accommodation. Our children were quite sad. We did get a small refund after I asked for one, but we would have preferred the pool! Overall it was a brilliant apartment and service and we would definitely recommend a booking.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with all conveniences. Everything worked well. Balcony is large and inviting place to take meals with Mediterranean, Catabeo area across the street. We needed nothing from the rental company during our stay. We appreciated detailed instructions on cards throughout the apt. Before arriving, company was very responaive quickly answering our questions. Location is ideal.

Really great apartment, great complex. Pool clean and beautiful. We travelled with 2 young children and the flat and pool was suitable for them. Apartment had everything you could need and felt homely. Beaches and restaurants in a short walking distance. Location was quiet. Holiday company representatives were super. I would recommend this apartment.

My family and I really liked the apartment, the pool and the location, as we never used the car. It is true that we found it difficult to find parking, but we did not take it. The apartment had everything you need to have a great vacation. Thank you very much, I recommend it 100%.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, abundant towels, good quiet area and also very centrally located.....5 mins walk from old town cafes restaurants etc. Host's office nearby so any queries can be dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay here again...... great experience.
