The space
This is a simple studio apartment in a good location, not far from the beach and town centre. There is a sleeping area separated from the rest of the studio by a wall that nearly reaches the ceiling. Although this does not make for a separate bedroom it breaks up the space somewhat. There are lovely views over the community garden and pool towards the sea and the building benefits from a residents? parking area (although a space cannot be guaranteed).Other things to note

We had a great week there, but a huge, huge downside was the parking, which was very complicated. The agency gave us a badge for the car park on the 4th day of our stay, even though there were parking spaces in the complex when we arrived, but no badge. And the accommodation is quite noisy and not really up to date. The bathroom is small, the washing machine is at the end of its life and leaves the clothes soaked, and the bed is not very comfortable. There are no condiments in the cupboards, and the lock on the apartment door is quite difficult, but otherwise it's close to everything (fortunately, because parking spaces are scarce), and the swimming pool in the complex is great.

I think the flat is very expensive for what it is. Upon arrival in the apartment, there was a foul smell throughout the apartment, and it was coming from the pipes. The problem was subsequently resolved. The single beds are very uncomfortable and make a lot of noise. The person from the CasaSol agency who welcomed us was in a great hurry and didn't take the time to show us around the apartment. She gave us a set of keys for 2 and when we went to ask her colleague for a duplicate, she came with the keys and left with the keys... The day of arrival was therefore catastrophic. I find the apartment expensive for the standard offered. We paid €1,200 for a basic apartment, except for the sea view, which makes up for it very slightly. I am disappointed with my stay in this apartment and do not recommend it.
