Apartment isnt rentable , construction from 3 side , you wake up at 06:30 for the construction noise from 3 sides , noises stops at 17:00 , lots of dust everywhere. It wasn't mention

The apartment is spacious, cozy, unusually bright - it's just a pleasure to wake up in the morning to natural light!! The apartment is fully equipped down to the smallest details, I was surprised every time, Amount of cleaning supplies that will not be ashamed of any housewife... Kitchen utensils , garbage/ food bags, sconces and candles for Shabbat.. vacuum cleaner, laundry facility, This is the kind of apartments that "just bring a suitcase" Really that is correct. The air conditioner worked great !! I stayed in a pre spring period, so I also got to use the heating and cooling, Hot water in the shower without any faults, Totally home feeling! The decor is pleasant , the building is well maintained and quiet and so is the street , all day long. There is an elevator in the building, adjacent parking which belongs only to the apartment which is just blessed !! It is 3 minutes away from the building, cafes, grocery store, pizzeria , Hilton beach 20 minutes walk. There is almost no need to move the vehicle .. Communication with the property manager is excellent and always available. Highly recommend !
