Place is exactly like pictures, plenty of space for our group of 10 that was mostly children. There is a small plaza right across the street, including grocery store which was super convenient. The pool was bigger than we expected and we all enjoyed it! Not too far from all parks and airport, perfect location. Would definitely book again!

The space was a good size and was comfy and clean. Worked well for a family of 5. The balcony was lovely for coffee in the morning. It’s so close to all the major parks in Orlando as well as international drive, without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city. I had stayed in Vista Cay previously, so I chose this condo for its proximity to the pool. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the entire pool area was a construction site, and we would have to walk 15 min to a sister resort in order to swim, instead of the two min walk we were expecting. This was a huge disappointment. As of the writing of this review, the listing still has photos from the pool that has been torn out, mixed with photos of the current 15 min away pool, and also describes a lazy river which does not exist anywhere on either property. The host responses were quick, but didn’t always feel like they were reading my messages very thoroughly. They did offer a small partial refund due to the pool situation.

This stay was literally a miracle for my work trip. My first hotel cancelled my stay at 3am the night of check-in. By a miracle, this stay was open for my entire trip week and nearby the convention center (not really walkable but very short ride) with a Walgreens only a 3 min walk in the same plaza area. Having a full apartment was perfect for my stay, especially with my boss. We were able to do small laundry and dinners. Couldn't have chosen a better place and I'm still amazed we were able to get it! It was 100x better than my original plans. I was surprised the host was able to reply back at 4am when I messaged them and they were very responsive. Whenever I have future conventions in Orlando, this will be my default stay!

Great place to stay, close to Sea World and Universal Studios. Very close to Publix and Walgreens. Nice pool, very close to the unit. Fourth floor balcony with view of fountain. Easy self-check in and no chores to do upon check-out. We would stay here again.

In town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were able to walk to the venue every day. There were groceries and restaurants within walking distance. We ended up needing something over-nighted and Dennis was extremely helpful in helping us get that taken care of.

Wonderful stay! Condo is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed and well maintained. Great location - next to resort clubhouse and pool, easily walkable to grocery store and other shops. Dennis is very responsive and helpfully proactive, and was very patient and accommodating to our last minute reservation. Turns out we’d stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed it as much now as we did then. (This is our favorite resort to stay in when we’re in Orlando to visit family.) Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately i can’t recommend this apartment for others. The apartment is in a good location for the parks and is spacious and contains everything you need for a group of 4-6 guests. We had a bit of a shocking discovery of a used Condom in the bedroom on arrival in one of the bedrooms. Obviously, mistakes happen and it’s not the end of the world, but definitely not what you want to find anywhere you stay. I would have expected with the fairly hefty cleaning fees this wouldn’t happen. Nothing was offered as compensation (i expected a reduced cleaning fee perhaps…). Also, the incorrect address was shared with the booking and on arrival we were trying to unlock the door of another apartment with someone else in it. They were not happy and it was a fairly tense encounter. Not what you need after a long flight. After calling the host they confirmed they had the wrong apartment number on the listing. As of now it is still incorrect. No other issues.

This place is just as pictured! Very spacious! Great value for an amazing stay. The amenities that come with the place are amazing, we enjoyed the pool until 10:30pm which was a plus after coming home late and wanting to relax a bit. Dennis was very responsive when we had any questions and the location was perfect for our trips to Universal Studios during our stay. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Vista Cay is an absolutely perfect location if you are headed to the convention center. You can walk if needed. Convenient options nearby for groceries, restaurants! Pools were nice! Bar service was great. Safe & clean. Highly recommend

Very nice unit as described near pool and very convenient to Seaworld. Check in was super easy. The furniture is definitely on the cheap side (i.e. intended for a rental) but was certainly adequate for our stay. And, the unit was well stocked with starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper, etc.) Also, reaching the management company is great thru email. Don't try over the phone. We either couldn't get thru or when we finally did, the lady didn't seem to know anything. I would definitely consider staying here if I were doing Seaworld again. But, I'm not sure that I would do so during Spring Break. The pool was crazy crowded in the afternoons to the point that my daughter did not want to swim at all at that point. She likes to dive for toys in the pool. There was no space to do anything like that. Also, the bartender at the pool is a bit on the rude side. She was abrupt both days I spoke with her and downright rude to a kid who came to her asking for change for a $20. Note also that their food menu is VERY limited. Fortunately, the mornings at the pool weren't so bad and we ended up buying some food at Publix so that we didn't need to rely upon the food at rhe bar. Good stay overall.

Beautiful place, great location. It hadn’t been cleaned well or vacuumed prior to our visit but when brought to his attention, Dennis offered to send crew to clean. Didn’t want disruption, so we just cleaned ourselves but couldn’t vacuum due to clogged vacuum cleaner - that explained a lot. I would definitely stay again but I’d bring my own vacuum!

My experience was not pleasant. The photos look great! When you first walk in you like the colors and brightness but upon further inspection your excitement dulls. The sheets were worn and stained in the double bedroom. There were hairs in both bathrooms with the drain clogged in one with long dark hairs. The kitchen drain had crusted dried food in it. Batteries were dead in two remotes and the lamp in the double bedroom didn’t work. There were no pods for the dishwasher, no dish towels, no sponge for the kitchen. The carpet in the bedrooms is old and dirty. Lighting is bad in the bathrooms. They did leave us a bag of Oreos but I would rather have had a better overall experience.

Our company has stayed at various Vista Cay properties a number of times when in town for trade shows, and this was easily the best. A nice apartment with easy elevator access. Great communication including the clearest instructions for access to the property, checkin, checkout and wifi I've had from any airbnb. Our one service request was answered and taken care of promptly. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.

This condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated and very clean. It is also within minutes of the popular attractions. Beds were comfy, there were enough towels and such. The complex is quiet and the pool area is great. Having a washer/dryer is a big plus. Dennis/maintenance were quick to help us out with a small problem. I would not hesitate to rent from there again.

This condo was in a great centralized location to Universal Studios, Disney, the convention center and shopping. Publix is within walking distance. The condo was in a great location within the resort. It’s located near the clubhouse which has a gym, pool and poolside bar. The front desk offered a baggage hold area in case you arrive prior to check in or if you stay in the area pass checkout time. There is also a concierge in the clubhouse if you’d like to purchase park tickets. The condo was very clean and the rooms were simple and the decor was nice. Definitely would rebook at this location again.

Great place. Perfect location for our trip to Universal Stduios. The pool is amazing. Very clean and the condo is actually bigger than it seems in the pictures. There were plenty of towels for everyone including beach towels. The only down fall was the appliances werent in the best condition.

Beautiful, stylish and open space only steps away from resort amenities - including a lovely pool, walking/running path and exercise room. The unit includes a well appointed kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Finally, the location is awesome - close to the airport, Universal, Disney and a host of restaurants and fun things to do on International Drive. Dennis and Casiola Vacation Homes check-in process was seamless and easy. If we return to Orlando, we will definitely want to return to this condo.

A super cozy apt just a few minutes from International Drive. It has a corner pharmacy with the condominium. The highly clean apt and super tidy and spacious. It has a pool and most importantly, it's very safe. It is wonderful to stay with children as the kitchen is complete with oven and stove, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There is also laundry room inside the apt. Host responds to messages quickly. I'll definitely be back very soon.

Great place, close to the pool. This is a Casiola company rental rather than “Dennis”, which I missed initially. We had a minor issue with the door code which was resolved very quickly. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are quite big.. huge bathroom. Overall a little spartan on furnishings. Good communications with Casiola. Great for families that want to cook for themselves, but expect to shop for absolutely everything.. even trash bags, dishwasher soap, coffee, salt and pepper.. This is more hotel style than a traditional airBNB. Easy access to Publix market

This place is great to stay for vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and well designed. The communication from Dennis was very detailed and had no issues entering the premise or the apartment. Couldnt use the amenities since we spent most of the time in the Disney park or the Univeral Studio.

The condo was perfect for our young family. I inquired about a Pack n Play before our trip and one was provided, along with a stroller! This made traveling much easier for us. The condo was immaculate and plenty roomy. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking and the Publix market is only a short walk away. The pool and lake behind the building kept my wife and 2 small boys entertained while I was at a conference (25 minute walk) at the Rosen Centre Hotel. We would stay here again.

The place is an excellent local to stay, mainly if you are with your family. It is near international drive, universal studios, supermarkets, outlets etc. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a good time with our family. The condo has an excellent infrastructure with pool, gym and running track around the lake. My son loved the pool and we certainly would go back in other future opportunity.

This place was great! Three bedrooms, decent size kitchen, two bathrooms, 15 min from the airport but still centrally located, very easy to get to downtown. Also had a nice pool, gym and kids lounge area. Would stay again, very nice, and comfortable trip! Furniture a bit outdated, but it served its purpose!! :)

Our family of six recently booked this great condo on a trip to Orlando. When we arrived everything was clean, and orderly. It came fully equipped with dishes, towels, sheets, washer/dryer...i could go on and on. It was so easy to stay because of everything that was provided. The couch and beds were all cozy and clean, and even had access to a balcony with two chairs and a table. The pool was amazing, the kids enjoyed every minute of it, while mommy and daddy enjoyed sipping a couple frozen drinks by the poolside which was provided by their outdoor bar! I have to say the condo is centrally located to many of Orlando's theme parks. We drove ten minutes down the road and went to SeaWorld Aquatica! I highly recommend staying at this condo and would do so again in future travels to Orlando!

Dennis was a perfect host. A week before our reservation we received all the guidelines to access the condominium and the apartment, which are really wonderful. The apartment has three very spacious bedrooms with large and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also very large. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils for a home meal with the family. When we arrived the apartment was completely tidy and clean. It's very quiet, we didn't have a hassle with neighbors. The condominium has an excellent structure with running track, fitness center, swimming pool, game room. My 11-year-old son loved it. The best thing is that you are close to everything! Our experience was very good, it was the best place we have ever stayed in Orlando.
