Well Dennis was great. He responded quick. The place however did not look as the pics described. There were stains in the bedding’s, mattresses, walls, curtains, sofa was dingy. This was told to the team and they sent someone after we already cleaned. What baffles me even more is being accused of breaking a rusted pool lounge chair when we never went outside due to time, and being charged 99.00 for bulk trash that was placed in the outside bin in the bag they provided. Lid closed and secured so wondering how it was bulk. 40 min drive to universal and maybe 20 to Disney so most of our time was driving. Club house has a lazy pool and another pool that only go up to 3ft. I have pics of everything if i need to post. I’ve never booked an Airbnb before and this will make me never book another. Also we didn’t eat or use any of the scarce dishes. All we did there was sleep and even then we had to buy blankets because there was only a throw and small sheet to sleep under

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dennis' place. The home was super clean & generally well maintained. It was also very well stocked with essentials for the week (i.e. plenty of towels, extra trash bags, dish/laundry pods, etc.). The location of the home was also a major plus! Not too far at all from Orlando's main attractions. Dennis was overly communicative before & during our stay, literally responding within 10 minutes during the only time that we had an issue. Would definitely stay here or at another of Dennis' properties in the future!

Me and my family stayed two days at the air bnb . It was very clean, spacious , and looked just like the pictures online . We were close to lots of restaurants and stores. We had problems with the air when we first got there but as soon as I reached out the problem was solved immediately. Next vacation I will definitely book again . We enjoyed our stay !

The property is good but management company skimp out on some details that can make a big difference. A tip for others note there are two pool area that are in separate communities in case you want variety. None of the literature gives you guidance on location ask the gate guards for directions. The pool heater did not increase temp by more than 10 degrees so definitely not worth it on cold months. The bed covers were missing during our stay. The community was nice but the amenities in the house like pans are below average. The hot water heater must have been turned to a low setting as we continued to run out of hot water and they have low flow shower which are all in an effort to save money.

We LOVED our stay and will look at staying here next year. The house was pristine and beautiful. The backyard area has very tall walls so you have complete privacy! The pool area gets sun pretty early in day around 9 and the chairs still got sun around 4-5pm as it set over the house. We had a small hiccup with fridge/freezer not working but host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. House came with base toiletries but we were pleasantly surprised by the amount. 100% recommend and will look to return

Bright, clean, and the perfect place for families. I loved the mini pool in the back, so if you didn't want to sit by the large resort pool you could always just hang out on your own in the back. I also loved how spacious the rooms were. Everything was clean and neat, lots of towels and even pool towels so you really don't have to bring your own. We would totally book again! Oh and I really appreciated how quick they were when communicating through AirBnb which was a huge plus.

Me and my family had a terrible experience at another Airbnb and was hesitant to try another, but to a chance on this one. We were blown away by the great communication and how accurate everything on the posting was. There was a couple minor issues but Dennis and his team stayed in constant communication and resolved everything very quickly. If you can I would recommend book with his team. We already have plans to come back.

There were way to many problems upon arrival. One being a broken bed that NEVER got fixed , two a broken tv that was replaced day 3 of my stay , three there was only 1 remote for the entire upstairs which includes 3 bedrooms. Not to mention the cleaning people came two hours before our check out. Not to mention the code to get in was changed without notice and when asked i was given no explanation.

Ties property is beautiful. Clean, spacious and several nice touches. Beds were comfy, and the private pool area was awesome at the end of the day. Great location to boost! Community area was beautiful, huge pool plus relaxing lazy river. Only complaint is it closes at 9, would be nicer of it was 10 or 11 due to it being a vacation space. Will be booking this again as soon as possible!

Dennis’s place was very accurate to the photo graphs. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. Only issue was upon our arrival, there was a bag of trash by the front door which didn’t look too appealing. We just took it upon ourselves to just threw It in the trash bin which was next to the bag of trash (not sure why housekeeping couldn’t just throw It in the bin in the first place). Check in was easy. Lots of parking space. Private Pool was great. We will definitely be staying here or one of Dennis’s other properties in the future!

We were skeptical because the reservation was changed to a completely different property in a different community one hour before check in. The new property, however, was very spacious, directly across from the community center/pool, and close to the Disney parks. Only negatives were a lack of “instructions” (locking the doors, trash pick up, pool/community information), ants on the kitchen counters, and the front door wouldn’t self-lock. Dennis’ communication, however, was outstanding, and he even had a package brought to the new property that we had shipped to the first property for my daughter’s birthday.

What a stylish and homely property! When we arrived, the house was so clean and tidy with brilliant amenities and a lovely splash pool too. Our children loved the bunk beds and themed bedrooms too - the open plan space is wonderful and we loved it so much, we extended our stay! Thankyou Dennis for being such a super host too and being so quick to respond to any questions we had! We will be back!

House is just like the pictures! All is very clean, amenities are in tip-top shape and beds are comfy. About a 20 minute drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants in the community (3 minute drive). Great value for money! We were pleasantly surprised. Community pool is great, very secure gated community, and lazy river is heated!
