Dennis was responsive within a timely manner even late at night / early morning. I was a bit confused on how I was supposed to get the front door code and had to send a message late at night to get in. I liked that besides registering for a car pass, we were not required to register at resort and were able to go immediately to our Airbnb. There was a grocery store 5 minutes away and made it simple to get food/ any items we needed. Con: The beds were extremely hard. It felt like you were sleeping on a box spring and no mattress. Even the kids complained and even had an adult guest opt to sleep on the floor. We would not rent this place again due to the mattress situation. Hope the owner takes this feedback for future consideration.
