Our family very much enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful house, very well kept up and clean. The house met our needs for two families and was stocked with all the supplies we needed. We also enjoyed the Oasis Clubhouse with many things to do and fireworks for the New Year. We would definitely stay here again!

Dennis was very responsive and helpful. This was a great stay, about 40 mins from universal studios. The home was very clean. There’s a lot of food options near the home. Publix and Walmart are less than 10 mins away. I can’t wait to come back to visit!

Even though we had a problem with the keyless entry upon our arrival, the house was a great fit for our Thanksgiving trip with family. If we are ever in Orlando again, we will make sure this house is on our list to stay.

The house was stunning! We were a family group of 12 people and the house fit us all comfortably. The house has plenty of amenities. The community pools were great the kids loved the variety they had. Dennis was a great host. Very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely book this home again the next time I am in the Orlando area.

The villa was perfect for our 3 week stay 18th 1560 Tempo lane Villa - 3 weeks - 18th July to 8th August 2025 - 4 adults and 2 children. Pictures do not do this place justice, it is much more spacious than it looks. The pool area got the sun from 12 midday until 6pm. Additional chill out sofa upstairs was perfect if you wanted time to yourself. Championsgate ‘The Retreat’ is perfect for families to relax on non-park days. Using your private pool or the communal Oasis club pool. Unfortunately we had a break in and cash stolen on week 2, all was handled perfectly by Airbnb, police and Dennis. Currently going through AirBnb liability claims process. This experience does not lower my score for the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again. Tip: put a brush pool in the back sliding door rails to deter opportune thief’s. Speaking to the police officer, it seems these break ins occur all over the villa rental areas. Overall, I would give this villa top marks.

He left card. Telling us next time call him directly so 3rd party would be left out. Even for his 15% savings would I call someone who was both truthful. We paid for heating on pool/spa yet had to be fixed and I had to write the problem you have. I’m old arthritis in thumbs yet he treated us as dumb. Just hated how treated and I do want the time we paid for heat and was broke to be refunded. VRBO last year did not treat us like this and Marriott places did treat us like that. I’m assuming that person won’t refund the $ and not going to fight. But this treatment and lies told? That doesn’t work with most people so good luck with that. Actually we used you in park city and didn’t have issues. But all fees paid yet to get what we paid for, almost $300? Hot tubs should be hot. Swim pool would have been fine. It’s July but hot tubs should will never get hot. And lied again on carpet claim that his team inspected it. We were there all day. BTW can team of people allowed to enter the place

I don't really have anything to say. We arrived and the house dazzled us. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, they left everything arranged to welcome us. Every time I contacted Dennis to ask something, he always responded in a very good mood. The resort is divine, we loved it! We couldn't find the second one that has large slides, only the one that has a river and a smaller slide, but it wasn't important to us either. The suite rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, all the appliances are perfect. Giant washing machines and dryers, everything is clean. I would definitely come back!

We were very satisfied with the house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great layout for a big family. I would have liked more comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. They were very uncomfortable. And I recommend in the future, giving advice to renters about bringing in guests to the gated community. They are supposed to provide a list of people coming in, but you as a renter can’t provide that list to the gate. Only the owner can. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything.

The house setup was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a great layout. The convenience of being able to walk to The Oasis Club was a big bonus, and we enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and slide. The only issue we encountered was with the pool heating. There was no mention of how to add heating in the listing or any emails after booking, so when we reached out on the first day, we were told we had to pay extra to have it added after check-in. While this was resolved, we were disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency regarding the pool heating. When we asked why this wasn’t mentioned in the listing or email, the only response we received was a brief “Apologies on this.” What’s even more frustrating is that the previous guest had the same issue, and it seems like the listing wasn’t updated to prevent this from happening again. As a result, the customer service and lack of attention to detail left us feeling disappointed.

We stayed here for a long golf weekend with four adults. The home could easily fit more adults and or kids. We only used 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There is also nice common space on the first floor, and separate common area on the 2nd floor so you can spread out. The appliances and kitchen are great and well stocked. Our only issue was regarding the hot tub and pool. Both were featured in the listing, and it was not mentioned that heat was not included. When we checked in, they stated that we would need to pay for heat by the day, plus a trip charge to turn it on the next day. They charged us for all of the days of our trip even though they did not turn it on until day 2. We were bummed that we could not use the hot tub or pool our first day/night and the following morning. We paid for the heat including the extra day and fee, since we felt we had little choice. I suggest that they include the heat in the price, or clearly advertise that it is not included at booking and check in.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Dennis’ s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail really stood out—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen. It’s clear that Dennis truly cares about creating a top-notch experience for guests.
