Inside, a cozy ambiance is set by the Gas Fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding in the evenings. Fully equipped for culinary adventures, the modern, bright kitchen invites you to cook up a storm. The dining room, which seats six, is versatile, perfect for both dining and family game nights.
Relax on the large, comfortable couch in front of the smart TV, ideal for movie nights on those cooler evenings. The premier king bed ensures a restful night's sleep, complete with its own TV for late-night viewing.

The deck is equipped with a propane BBQ and a covered outdoor dining area, providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals in the fresh air, whether it's a hearty breakfast or a sunset dinner. The front porch offers comfortable outdoor seating for 4, a delightful spot for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
More fun awaits in the garage's games room, equipped with a ping pong table and dart board, offering hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Also features a pizza oven so everyone can create their own masterpiece! With laughter echoing through the room and a sense of joy filling the air, the games room is sure to become a favorite hub for memorable moments and cherished experiences during your stay.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.

Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery..

Visit during the off-season to catch favorite annual events like VetteFest or for a girl's getaway weekend—we're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, shops, and yoga classes.

With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.

I'm Jennifer, I started CottageStays to share my own home with like-minded travelers who appreciate escaping to life at a slower pace. I've never forgotten how lucky I am to call Lake Huron home. Now more than ever, everyone is in need of the kind of peace and quiet that escaping to the lake can bring. We keep our cleaning fees low by giving you the option to bring your own linens—or, for $20/person. you can rent ours! This includes sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, and more, all freshly laundered and ready for you. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels!)

You are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have camera outside of front door. Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.

Max 2 Pets Allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles
