Margarida s'est toujours montrée très arrangeante, réactive et sympathique.
Nous étions 7 à utiliser l'appartement et on y était bien. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde. La cuisine était bien équipée. Les lits confortables. Tout était très bien nettoyé à notre arrivée. Le logement se situe près du métro: facile à joindre l'aéroport et aussi le centre-ville. Nous avons été très satisfaits d'avoir choisi l'appartement de Margarida.

Great apartment. My friends and I found it super clean and conducive for socialising with one another. Our host was very friendly and communicative and we had Nuno there on arrival to ensure we settled in and give us tips on Lisbon. It's a 35 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi to where the heart of the action is in Lisbon.

Un appartement spacieux idéalement situé pour visiter Lisbonne mais aussi pour rejoindre l'aéroport!
4 chambres dont 3 très grandes, joliment décorés avec une literie de qualité.
Le seul petit bémol est lié au bruit de la rue assez passante.
On recommande vivement ce logement

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Margarida’s place! Felt clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Great A/C in the rooms for hot days. Nice layout and plenty of room for our group of six. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A very good location situated 14 min away from downtown by metro and close to the airport. The apartment is equipped with AC units and is beautiful and clean. If there’s one thing to improve, it would be the soundproofing for the unit as we can hear the neighbours and the train. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place if you visit Lisbon!

This place was bright, spacious & clean! Located in a great spot with lots of activity and food around within walking distance, but not noisy enough to disrupt sleep. A large open green space right down the street and better yet, subway access is super close by. So close in fact you could hear it running under the property at night. It was noticeable, but not too bad. The host was very responsive and check-in process was simple. Having someone meet you in person was different, but he was very friendly and had lots of great information on places to see and things to do. The bed in one of the rooms with a king-size was a bit too firm for me, but my husband didn't seem to mind. It was great to have two full bathrooms with 3 adults in the same space, but the way they are situated is a bit weird. The second bathroom is located through the kitchen and out in a back porch area which makes it a little odd when exiting from the shower in your towel, but it all worked out. This was a great spot that made our last few days in Lisbon quite enjoyable. They even had the option to set up transportation to the airport, which I would recommend even though it was a little pricey. If you are a more experienced traveler, you could take the subway/ Uber/Bolt/Taxi, but this was our first time and just didn't want to add any stress to a travel day. The driver was very friendly and even walked with us inside to make sure we got to the right spot before leaving us at the airport.

Great location next to the metro. The apartment was spotless with great amenities. A very generous size too. Some great restaurants around. The only downside was the front door was very difficult to open. Needs urgent repairs. Margarida was very responsive and organised our pick up and drop off to the airport. This all went to plan which was very reassuring.

This was a great place to stay for four adults visiting Lisbon. The apartment was clean with ample space and conveniently located near grocery stores and two metro stops. Depending on where you sleep you may hear noise from the stairwell or street, but this mostly tapered off later at night. Overall, would recommend.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb for a family vacation. Location was close to multiple groceries stores and the metra which was very convenient. The place was clean and nicely set up. Margarida was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Would highly recommend!!

this is a dream for travelling with family, because it feels like home, even the scents of apartment make you feel home. each room is big and comfortable enough, even the pickest member of our family finds the unit impeccable!
the unit is well furnished and equipped with everything we need for travelling.
the owner greeted us in person, introduced us the unit, showed us what's around (restaurants & markets), and replied our questions nearly immediately.
If you are traveling with family, this unit is definitely your top pick of Lisbon.

The place was perfect for our family trip with 4 kids. It was very clean and the living room was very cozy for hanging out after a long day of sightseeing. The location was very close to the metro, so it was easy to get around. The only thing that would have made it better is a dryer. There's a washer, but you have to hang your clothes out to dry.

Magarida’s place is well stocked, very spacious for big groups, with high ceilings. It is on “2nd floor” which in Europe means 3rd level with no elevator, so be prepared for 2 long flights of stairs to access the unit. The unit is clean, airy, bright; AC in 3 of 4 rooms. The street facing side (2 of the rooms) can be very noisy at night (a high traffic main street), if you are a sound sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue but folks in my family who were sensitive to noise didn’t sleep too well. Within the unit sound travels also, you can hear almost everything through the walls as it’s an older unit/building. The washer is washer only, clothes are line dried; there is a line and clips provided (the Portugal way, per Margarida). We found same day laundry service that picks up and drops off at your unit for 17 euros/5kg which is not bad. Grocery store 3 min walking distance, pharmacy 1 min walk, metro 5 mins. Magarida is awesome host - very attentive and super responsive.

Easy to walk into the center or to use public transport.
A very nice and clean flat, as it‘s located close to a main street, it‘s a bit noisy and you hear the neighbours above. But it’s a great appartement for a city trip.

Nous étions 7 dans l’appartement : 4 adultes et 3 enfants. L’appartement était assez spacieux.
Tout avait été installé pour les 2 plus petites (chaises hautes et lit parapluie).
Localisation idéale : proche du métro avec 2 lignes, ce qui permet d’éviter les correspondances.
Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable, et nous avons adoré l’appartement.

Margarida made us fall in love with Portugal and its people. She wholeheartedly embraced us with joy and went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our Christmas holiday. While her place may not be a good fit for all, especially those who are light sleepers (building fronts a major road) and have mobility issues, you can be sure that it is safe and easily accessible from the main attractions of Lisbon. This is definitely our “home” when we visit again.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement. Tout est nickel. Emplacement parfait pour tout avoir en accès facile. Notamment le métro a deux pas.

Il faut savoir que c’est un 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Une rue très passante donc un peu de bruit.
Et un immeuble propre et nickel mais ancien donc on entend les bruits des autres appartements.
Cependant nous recommandons +++

Margarida es la mejor host!!! Siempre contesta tus mensajes y te busca alternativas y soluciones a las cosas que le planteas. El apartamento es súper cómodo y muy bien equipado. Eramos un grupo de 7 personas y todos nos sentimos muy a gusto con todo lo provisto. El apartamento está muy bien localizado, a pocos pasos de la estación del metro. Tiene restaurantes buenísimos muy cerca y también un colmado. Nos recibió Luisa para el check in y rápido nos dijo como movernos en la ciudad. También nos hizo trámites de taxi para el aeropuerto.

O espaço além de muito limpo é muito bem localizado. Próximo ao metrô, próximo de mercados e restaurantes. Estávamos em um grupo grande, incluindo um bebê e ficamos muito bem acomodados. O apartamento é próximo a um loja de aluguel de carros, o que foi super útil para irmos ao porto de carro alugado. Foi uma ótima estadia.

The place was fantastic for a big group. It was beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of space. The location is great, within walking distance of a lot of nice places in Lisbon and also close to the metro and a couple of small shops, bakeries and restaurants. Margarida was a fantastic host, really flexible with our check in, super helpful and very responsive. Would definitely pick the same place if we visit lisbon again!

We absolutely loved our stay. This may be our favorite AirBnB we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our large group of 7 travelers.
Location was perfect for walking to the grocery, getting a bolt pickup and morning pastries. We recommend this location to everyone who may visit Lisbon!

Really nice and large apartment, super clean and perfect for groups. Checkin was also super easy and well organized. It is a little bit loud as it’s directly located on the main street and above the metro. But still, we enjoyed our trip a lot!

A group of 4 guys stayed here for the weekend and it was prefect! Very clean, comfortable beds, a HUGE space, and close to the Metro. I noticed people complain on here about the noise of the metro, but honestly, you can barely hear it and was not bothersome at all. (Sounds like the heat is turning on or something). Would 100% stay here again! Margarida was so easy to communicate with and set up things for us with ease. 5 stars!!

Margarida is a phenomenal host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home at her spacious apartment.


The beds are súper comfortable and the apartment is equipped with everything we needed. It is a walkup as stated but it is only a challenge if your luggage is heavy.

She gave us some great recommendations catered to our group - and the nature of our holiday.

Great Host.
Great Huge Space.
This flat is a professionally run space!
Welcoming and comfortable furniture.
Fluffy fresh new towels, plenty of consumables immaculately clean.
Metro station 2 mins walk away, cheap parking.
Numerous transport links multiple restaurants. Mini supermarket downstairs.
It has no lift but its a reasonable walk up.
5 nights with 5 in our family we had more than ample space.
All large rooms, with lots of drawer space and clothing rails.

Highly reccomend!
