We were a family of 8 and loved our stay! It was clean and cosy and exactly as described. The check in process was refreshing too as we were personally welcomed by Natalia who took the time to show us around the apartment, even going through the places to see in Lisbon.

Not far from airport. Good location Parking close by and metro station. Apt was clean and had everything one needed to shower or eat . Restaurants on street or a walk of a couple of minutes. Hostess met us to show around apt and brief us on local sights. Would highly recommend

Très bel appartement au 1er sans ascenseur (mais escalier facile), très bien placé, à proximité d'un nœud de trafic sur 2 lignes. L'appartement est spacieux, et 2 chambres donnent sur la rue (un peu bruyante) et 2 autres sur une cour.
L'appartement est à moins de 100 mètres d'un supermarché très pratique. Il est parfaitement équipé (nespresso, machine à laver la vaisselle, etc...).
L'accueil a été exceptionnel, avec une dame qui nous a décrit toutes les choses à faire à Lisbonne et le fonctionnement de l'appartement, de façon très professionnelle. C'était très appréciable.
Le seul point négatif est qu'à chaque passage du métro, l'appartement "tremble". Les enfants pensaient à un tremblement de terre 10 fois par heure aux heures de pointe...! De même, les voisins du dessus ont fait beaucoup de bruit : l'appartement est mal isolé phoniquement.
Mais c'est un très bel appartement et nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Natalia and Margarita was super helpful, flexible and hospitable. Our flight was delayed and was super hard to find an uber when we got to the airport but Natalia patiently waited for us at the Airbnb. Once we arrived she gave us a quick tour and a super run down of what to do, eat, and see in Lisbon. You could tell she was passionate and proud of the city. The place was super clean and spacious for our group of 5. With washing machine and some starter detergent. It was close to the metro and restaurants. Pretty local spot. Check out the Chill and Grill near by it’s super cheap and good food. Especially if you arrive later in the evening. Will definitely return if given the opportunity.

Margarida is a great host. She was very helpful in accommodating our last minute request. Very responsive and easy to talk to. Her place is located in a wonderful neighbourhood. Felts safe walking around at night and it is very close to the Metro which made it easy to get around Lisbon. Would highly recommend her place.

We had a lovely stay and everything was as described. Check in was easy and flexible with someone meeting us and showing us everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and bright. The air conditioning worked well, and blackout shades were a nice touch. The location is nice too—walkable to restaurants, groceries, and the train. Two pack-n-play cribs with linens and a high chair were provided and set up in the space for us per our request. Also Margarida was very responsive and helpful, and provided great local recommendations.
Our group of four adults and three children were very comfortable and happy with our choice of accommodation. I whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lisbon! I would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb was great solace for our 2 families with 4 kids staying and exploring Lisbon.
This is a unit in a small apartment complex that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The linen and pillows were great and every room has blackout curtains; 2 of the rooms are very bright as they are overlooking the street. The host provided 2 cribs which was helpful and rare.
The unit is in excellent spot, that's walking distance to many grocery stores, and many restaurants. Most importantly, its a 5 min walk to Alameda station which gives you access to 2 major subway lines and makes it easy to get around Lisbon.
The negatives were very minor. The unit was a bit hard to find, especially the first time. There are 2 flights of stairs you have to climb to get to the unit, and there is no designated parking which was hard when we had to load our rental car.
However, it's clear the host really cares and it shows on the many aspects to the experience.

Margarida and Nuno are great hosts, very friendly and super reactive, and going the extra mile to give advice about the city’s happenings. The place is great for a group, really well thought out and with everything you need. Check-in and check-out were both easy and practical. The location is great too, very close to two metro lines which provide easy access both to the city centre and to the airport. We’d happily stay there again and recommend it without reservation :)

Logement très agréable nous étions 9. Deux salles de bains très propres, un grand séjour avec une grande table. Après de belles journées très intenses à pied dans Lisbonne c’est un réel plaisir de rentrer le soir dans un logement d’une telle qualité, spacieux et sans jamais avoir l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres.

L,apartament és comodissim, amb tots els serveis anunciats, I amb pack de benvinguda gentilesa de la casa. Un allotjament perfecte per sentit-te com a casa. Impecable I amb netedat inmillorable. L,atenció ha sigut excel.lent, la Margarida ens ha donat totes les facilitats, moltes recomendacions i ha sigut molt amable. I have been very lucky with great hosts on Air BnB but Margarida has definitely been the best. Very helpful and pleasant to book with, nothing was too much for her to help with.
The property is great for a group of travellers, a little out the city attractions and is by a main road but if you are a heavy sleeper you don’t notice and there are rooms at the back away from the street noise as well.
Definitely got excellent value for money from this property but more so for the effort Margarida put in to make us feel so welcome.

Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wunderbar geschnitten. In der Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants und die Nähe zur Metro ist für die Erkundung von Lissabon ideal. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde sie wieder buchen

The only complaint was that we were asked to empty the trash ourselves. We did not have to do this at the other place we stayed at in Porto. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay in

Un sitio muy bueno, céntrico, con espacio suficiente si sois un grupo o familia, cómodo, limpio y con servicios cercanos (parking al lado, por ejemplo). Lo recomiendo sin duda para una visita a la maravillosa Lisboa.

We had a great time in Lisbon and this place was wonderful. The train was a short walk away and there was even a park nearby for our kids. We were two families (with a 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, and 6 year old). We really appreciated the crib and the twin beds. Some of the neighbors were a little noisy, but that was ok. We were prepared with sound machines, so it worked out just fine. Thanks for a fabulous home away from home. We hope to be back again!

Margarida was a wonderful host. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was great. Margarida was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Margarita’s place: the apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) but the stairs are very large.
Inside, everything was clean and neat. The place has three very nice rooms and one very small bedroom with a single bed and no AC (we were expecting four bedrooms with AC in all rooms).
If I had one request was to have better pillows in the bed.
Besides that, everything was great. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal and having a washer in the house was very handy.
Certainly a place we would stay again.

Fantastic hosts, apartment, and location. Our family of 5 enjoyed this spacious apartment in a great location to see Lisbon. Subway stop minutes away gets you anywhere in a few stops including transport from the airport! Hosts accommodated us and provided detailed info on places we should see and eat. Will stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

Well-maintained accommodations with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Communications with Margarida and everyone else concerned were seamless. My only complaints are the noise from the metro that sounded as if the tunnel was underneath our building and the front two bedrooms were noisy from the constant traffic on the main road.

Margarida was a super responsive and helpful host. Our stay was short, but everything was perfect in the apartment and matched our expectations.
The apartment is very well located and it is easy to get anywhere in town, either by car, or metro or even walking distance to many places (especially for us, which were working in Saldanha). Perfect choice.

The place was great , very close to metro station and nice restaurants nearby. We were a family of 7 and had a lovely time in this place. Can definitely recommend esp if you are traveling with friends or family.

We stayed at Margarida's place for 2 nights while visiting Lisbon with family. Luísa met us for check-in and was super helpful orienting us to the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and just as pictured. The wifi was solid (we got 43 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up). The neighborhood was quiet at night and we had no issues sleeping. The Alameda Metro stop is just a short walk away, which is a fast and efficient way to get to Baixa, Chiado, and Rossio (as well as Oriente train station and the airport).
There's a great little coffee shop around the corner called How About Coffee and a small grocery store just a few doors down.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and appreciate Margarida and Luísa's hospitality.

Margarida was so kind and helpful. Kept in contact all the time. Very responsive too. She managed to arrange my airport transfer to and from accommodation.
Welcomed me at the home and gave me advice and recommendations.
The apartment is also super clean and fully stocked with all the items you would need. Even has a blender!
Honestly such a good stay! Amazing host!

Margarida’s place is fantastic. We had an extended family with 3 adults and 3 teenagers. It worked out well- very comfortable, good location, fun restaurants, nearby market and subway stop. Clean and well decorated. Would stay there again.

Very pleasent stay and Margarida did a great job in supporting us (check-in, check-out, open questions, etc) and we had a lovely stay at the appartment.
One room though is a walk-through room, hence a bit less a fit if everyone wants his single room.
Other than that a perfect stay and I would book the airbnb again.

We had a great stay on the Avenida! The location is great. I enjoyed staying in a place outside the touristy parts of the city. You can see how the locals live. It is close to a supermarket, a fresh market, and several great family owned restaurants. It is within easy walking distance of a Metro station (Alameda). The accommodation is spacious, bright, well-appointed, and scrupulously clean. Margarida and her staff are all very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure that you have a good stay. She can even arrange a transfer from the airport for your party from the airport if needed. I would definitely stay there again! (Fun tip - be sure to visit the Bora Bora Polynesian Bar a few blocks away if you like a good tiki bar!)

This cute apartment is perfect for larger groups. Ours consisted of two sets of granparents and our nuclear family of 3. Parking at praca do Chile was a breeze and it is just a short walk up the street to get to the Avenida. The apartment itself is older, but has been nicely renovated and is clean and beautiful just like the pictures. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you may not like the nearby train that rumbles when coming and going. I'm pretty sesitive, but it only took me one night to adjust. I really like that this place has a lot of personal touches and cute decorations, so it really feels comfortable and welcoming. The towels were amazingly thick and fluffy and the bed linens were very nice. With a large group like ours, it was also wonderful to have teo full bathrooms and that nice big kitchen. We also appreciated being able to do some laundry and hang it to dry in the courtyard lisbon style on the lines outside the window.

Highly recommend this place. The location is very close to the metro which makes it very easy to travel around. The place is spacious and very clean and had a good time with a family of five. The host was very gracious and helpful to let us keep our bags before check in.

Beautiful and very clean apartment in a very good location (metro, buses, shops, markets, restaurants...)
All rooms on the big Avenue are noisy... (unless you close the windows and put the air conditionner)...especially the 2 of the 4 bedrooms (1st floor of the building). For these 2 bedrooms, you have to go through 1 to get to the other 1.
Be aware that the terrace is down on the ground floor level (not on the avenue side). You can access it with 2 outside stairs.
We appreciated the warm welcome and all the precious informations from Louisa when we arrived very late.
We also appreciated the quick replies to all our emails, the organisation of the taxi on arrival and complimentary bits and pieces for breakfast for a few days.
Because we stayed 9 nights, towels were changed and the 2 bathrooms were cleaned during our stay.
Margarida, the owner is very attentive to her guests.
We recommend this apartment and the beautiful city of Lisboa.

Appartement vaste et très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour une famille.
L'appartement est proche du centre en métro. La communication avec Luisa était parfaite, et c etait très agréable de pouvoir laisser nos bagages dans l immeuble.
Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, l appartement peut être bruyant puisqu'il est situé sur un grand boulevard, malgré le double vitrage installé.

Big flat on a lively boulevard in Lisbon. You will have all you need for a comfortable stay: the flat is very clean, the beds are comfortable and there is a big kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Margarida is very welcoming and efficient.

Un appartement très confortable, au calme et non loin du centre (métro à proximité sinon à 20 minutes à pied). Margarida est très serviable et extrêmement réactive pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous étions 7 adultes : très bonne literie pour tous , nous avons apprécié les deux salles de bain ainsi le séjour spacieux (coin repas et coin salon). Equipement parfait, décoration soignée, très propre. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour à Lisbonne ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci à Margarida ainsi qu'à Luisa qui nous a accueilli plus tardivement que prévu avec le sourire !
