The location is good and it takes half an hour to go Glassgow. You can find Lidl and ASDA less than 5 min away from the property which is really good. Quiet area, also the house was really nice and comfortable to stay. I recommend it surely. Thank you Jamal

I spent 3 weeks in this apartment and it was very cozy. There were a few starting difficulties in the beginning, but they were quickly resolved. The host is super friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back

Welcoming and functional apartment 15 minutes to walk to the station Quite comfy bedding Responsive host upon arrival Missing a functional coffee maker for the French 😉 The problem was the noise over half of our stay. Very late at night unable to sleep before 2 am Bring earplugs!! Some furniture did not stand (coffee table and bedroom furniture) and the fixing of the living room door... The price is up to the standard of services nonetheless .

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, the space was clean and well-appointed, and the location was convenient. Karolina was extremely easy to communicate with. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean, aesthetically-pleasing and very comfortable for our family of four. It had everything to make the stay comfortable such as clean and comfortable beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and clothes airer. It was conveniently close (enough to walk) to grocery and takeaway stores, coffee shops and the train station. The noise from the upstairs neighbours was obvious at times, but it was nothing that caused too much of a bother. The neighbours and other locals were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

As others have mentioned, the upstairs neighbors were kind of loud. The first night was the worst, and it got better as the time went on. It is very thin walls/floors, so just be aware. Otherwise, the house was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Motherwell train station and about 5ish minute walk to the Airbles station. It is about a 25 minute train ride to Glasgow Central Station, but no train change needed.

Small, but pleasant flat to stay in. Recommend washing all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans prior to use as they were not clean. Neighbours above are very noisy although they have young children and there is zero sound insulation between floors, we could hear their conversation so if you are looking for somewhere for some peace and quiet go somewhere else.

Exactly as described and the pictures represent the property really well. Check-in and out was very easy and the flat is super well located for Asda and other shops. The host was very prompt and helpful when I called up with a question and the flat was clean, well equipped and neat. Thank you!

Karolina’s flat is stylish and modern, with some lovely touches of décor. It was spotlessly clean and is clearly looked after very well. The kitchen is well-equipped and I made good use of the cooking facilities. The bedrooms were cosy, and I slept well in the main bed.

The accommodation was clean. The last-minute changes were not a problem and communication was quick. The flat is centrally located, supermarkets are within walking distance and easily accessible, also by car. Parking directly outside. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit noisy, which should not be an issue for early risers and which are traveling a lot.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovely decor. We were booked to stay 4 nights with our 2 young children. Unfortunately on our first night the neighbours upstairs had a huge domestic that went on till 3am when the mother eventually left with her children. There was screaming, shouting and swearing that went on for hours and hours and our children were terrified and none of us slept! I rung Karolina she was sympathetic but did not sound surprised this had happened. She refunded us the other nights but we had to pay £90 for the Saturday night where none of us slept and our children were so upset and scared. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the remaining nights.

It's clean, tidy and for the location, it's representative of the social standing of the area. The good points: * It's clean. * The beds are very comfortable, we all slept well (once we were able to get to sleep). The kitchen is decently equipped, and we were delighted to find little things like washing up liquid, liquitabs for the washing machine, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc. * It is easy to get anywhere from here. Access along to central Motherwell can be time-consuming at rush hour, but otherwise, it's about 6 minutes from M74 and from there you can get anywhere. However - The neighbours were very noisy, with a toddler and dog constantly moving around making noise with their footfall, barking, crying and loud television from before 7am until after 11pm. If you're looking for somewhere to unwind and relax, it's not here. There are a couple of access steps from the pavement into the property gardens which are uneven, and again, a step into (and out of) the property itself. If mobility issues are a concern, this place may not be your best choice. It was not clear what outside space was available for use with the let, the rear garden being filthy with dog faeces, and heavily littered. The police arrived at the let at around 11pm one evening to ask for help with an investigation relating to a former tenant of the property. The shower doesn't work properly. We did report this, and the owner sent a repair person (twice) but it was never resolved, going from freezing, to scalding, to freezing, to scalding again at it's own will. Fortunately, we have relatives nearby and we showered at my parent's home for our visit. The price for this place would indicate that you should be expecting 3-4 star accommodation (think perhaps "Holiday Inn") but what you get is nearer the 2 star mark (think "Ibis Budget"). Ultimately, it's just a former local authority flat in quite a poor location and suffers from the social problems in it's locale.
