Great home. She had air conditioning in every room but one and dark draw shades Kitchen well stocked. Lots of space. WiFi was spotty in the back bedrooms but no biggie, we just came out to living room. I would love to return.

Lovely place, and Margarida and Nuno were very kind. Lots of space, and all amenities available. Short walk to metro station, so very convenient. The front rooms were a bit noisy, but the rooms in the back were really quiet. Great experience, I’d definetely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Margarida’s place ! Lots of food and drink to enjoy nearby. Her place was as described - 3 full bedrooms with AC and one smaller room without AC. Margarida was easy to reach and communicate with and made our check in as seamless as possible. Thank you !

Margarida's apartment was large and comfortable for a big group. Being close to a metro stop made it easy to explore Lisbon. The good air-conditioning was great given the heat.

La estadía estuvo muy bien, el lugar es tal cual las fotos y quien nos recibió nos dio mucha información, fue muy amable y atenta. El lugar está cerca de un parqueadero y habían muchos lugares de comida, tiendas y farmacias y para ir a la zona turística es fácil de llegar.

Margarida est une hôte très accueillante qui, même à distance, était aux petits soins et pro-active. L'accueil a été réalisé par Joyce qui a fait le check-in rapidement (j'ai apprécié, après la fatigue du voyage) mais nous donnant toutes les infos (une brochure est disponible avec tous les numéros utiles et conseils). L'appartement était superbe, dans un PARFAIT état de propreté. Il était spacieux avec un salon confortable, 2 salles de bain et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner (grille-pain, machine à expresso, presse-fruits étaient bien utiles aussi). L'appartement est très facile d'accès (seulement 15/20mn en métro de l'aéroport en ligne directe et proche du centre ville en quelques stations). Nous avons apprécié la proximité (100m) d'un petit supermarché ouvert tous les jours, d'une pharmacie et d'un bon restaurant où nous sommes allés 2 fois (L'Imperio). Le seul bémol : les sirènes non-stop des ambulances ou pompiers ! La literie était un peu dure également. Mais sinon top!

كانت الشقه في الدور 3 والصعود درج لايوجد مصعد في البدايه مع الشنط يكون الوضع قليلاً ثم تعودنا واصبح سهلاً ،، الشقه عبارة عن صالة كبيرة واسعة مكيفه وفيها طاولة طعام وغرفتين نوم جهة اليمين وغرفتين نوم جهة اليسار احدها صغيرة وبجوارها دورة مياه ثم مطبخ ثم دورة مياه ومنور واسع مطل على باحة داخلية وبه الغسالة وشر الملابس بعد الغسيل ،، شقة جميلة واسعة تناسب 4-5-6 اشخاص وبالجوار شارع جيد ويوجد محل كروسون مقابل لها جداً لذيذ كذلك ،، وحلاق وسوبرماركت بقالة ومطاعم وغيرها ،، عن السنتر ب اوبر 4-5 يورو تقريباً 8 دقائق ،، تكييف ممتاز كل الغرف عدا الصغيرة ،، مضيف جيد تعامل وسمحت لنا بتسجيل خروج متاخر شكرا مارقيتا،، وكان تسجيل الدخول سهل واضح وقابلنا جوس شرحت لنا كل شيء واعطتنا المفاتيح ،،

Margarida's beautiful place was extremely neat with a well equiped kitchen, good showers and cosy lighting in the living room. Very friendly taxidriver coming from the airport which we ordered through Margarida. Metro, supermarkt and café really close by. We would definitely recommend this place!

Location was perfect! Close to metro and bus stops. Grocery steps away. Family of six stayed comfortably. Kitchen was equipped for cooking dinner and family room comfortable. Margarida is extremely responsive, helped with booking transfers to and from the airport with Daniela. We were able to drop our luggage early at the building (thanks, Nuno!). A great experience all the way around. Highly recommended!!

Our family group of six felt right at home in Margarida’s apartment. Plenty of space and very clean and neat. We found restaurants very close by with great food and there are 2 metro stations within easy walking distance to get wherever we needed to. We would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay here! It was so easy to get all over the city; our girls loved taking the metro. We also had easy access to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring. We even ran across a renaissance fair in the neighborhood!

This was a great place to stay in! Very open and lots of room for a midsized group. The place was very clean. There was a slight smell when we walked in but opening windows got rid of it. Loved the place!

We had a great time at Margarida’s apartment. It was huge, very clean and Luisa did a great job of explaining everything. The location is slightly away from the city centre but very close to multiple metro stations. We would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Great location, could get to places easily by walking or by train/bus. Margarita's colleague was really helpful, have us suggestions on where/things to do. Told us we're the supermarkets were located. Also, the unit itself was one of the best stocked places for kitchen items. Would stay here again

Beautiful spacious apartment, superb location, and wonderful hosts! It has everything you may need to feel at home, and the hosts also make you feel so welcome. You can find supermarkets, restaurants and the metro station just around the corner. This is simply the perfect place to stay in Lisbon. Thank you Margarida and Luisa!

We really liked our time at Margarida’s appartment. She welcomed us personally and gave us a few recommendations of places to visit or restaurants to eat. Her flat is big enough to accommodate a group of 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a toddler without any problem. It’s also very well positioned for the public transportation (metro) and has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pasteries and even a great market very close to the appartement.

The place was also very clean, quiet and very well equipped (4 working AC units). We also took advantage of the cloth line. It might look like a detail but we appreciated to never lack of hot water at any time which was not the case in others places we stayed in Portugal.

Margarida also always responded to our messages very quickly and was flexible for ou check-in time which was a great plus for us.

I fully recommend this place and I would go there again anytime if I ever visit Lisbon again.

Ceilings are taller than expected. Well restored older apartment on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Very close to the metro station and paid parking was nearby (7e per day).

El piso de Margarida no está en el centro de Lisboa, pero si tiene al lado una parada de metro. Andando al centro nos llevó 20 minutos aproximadamente. La zona tiene varios sitios para desayunar rico y barato al igual que para cenar.
La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, tenia absolutamente de todo.
Las camas son muy cómodas, hasta el sofá cama!
La recepción fue muy buena, Carmen nos explicó todo sobre el piso y nos recomendó mil cosas para hacer en Lisboa, fue una experiencia súper recomendable.

Tudo uma perfeição. Do check in ao check out, perto de restaurantes, mercado, metrô. Sugiro o restaurante Luminosa, procurar a Alexandra. A Carmem que nos recebeu é um show. Limpeza e atendimento de primeira. RECOMENDO SEM DÚVIDAS. O Tour que elas indicaram é espetacular, sugiro a Daniela pra fazer, é excelente. Nota 1000. Éramos 7 pessoas.

My family of 5 just spent 2 weeks @ Margaritas apartments and enjoyed our much needed family time. The apartment is lovely, quite spacious and well thought out. I appreciate dressers, ample hangers, towel hooks and bathroom shelves- makes longer stays easier. The kitchen provides generous plate settings, utensils, kitchen gadgets and the like. There was enough space & separation, even surley teenagers would approve. In addition there is also a shared "back yard" on the ground floor w/ patio furniture & tot structures. The location is residential w/ many bakeries, eateries, shops and 3 big grocery shopping nearby. I chose this location due to its proximity to the parks, metro station and honestly - flatness (lack of hills) as traveling w/ a toddler can be challenging. The neighborhood is lively, colorful & safe (urban standards) - our 13 & 10 yr old kids are comfortable walking around independently for snack or ice cream outings. This apartment is perfect if you plan to stay in Lisboa for an extended stay or no rush holiday. We'd stay here again!!

The apartment is close to the Metro station Alameda and you can reach all Lisboa 'hotspots' very fast. The kitchen is fully equipment, we even had coffee, tea, juice and cookies for the first evening. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable. I can absolutely recommend Casa de Avenida for your trip to Lisboa and would as well for a future trip to Lisboa. Margarida also have us helpful advices for our stay in Lisboa. Thanks for everything!

A Margarida é uma anfitriã maravilhosa. Foi muito atenciosa com a minha família do começo ao fim da hospedagem.
A casa da avenida é muito confortável, espaçosa, com quartos grandes e aconchegantes. Os banheiros e chuveiros são excelentes também.
o apartamento é ainda melhor do que as fotos mostram. Camas confortáveis, lençois e toalhas boas e disponíveis.
A localização é excelente, perto de tudo: lojas, supermercado, metro, pontos de onibus e taxi. Tambem perto de uma linda praça.
Quando reservamos o apartamento ficamos preocupados com o barulho que poderia ter da avenida, mas as janelas são anti ruidos, ou seja, dentro de casa é um silencio absoluto. Todos os quartos tem ar condicionados que funcionam perfeitamente e são silenciosos.
A experiência foi fantástica e certamente voltaremos em uma próxima ocasião. Obrigada por tudo.
