SETTING & DESIGN
Perched above Tongson Bay on Koh Samui's quiet northern tip, Villa Solana blends modern architecture with warm Asian details. Open-plan interiors, floor-to-ceiling glass and broad terraces frame panoramic ocean views and invite cooling sea breezes throughout the day.
ROOMS & LAYOUT
Seven spacious bedrooms are arranged across several levels, giving families and friends room to gather and retreat. The upper-level master suite has a private sea-view terrace, work area and bathroom with freestanding tub. A family suite adds its own TV lounge, kitchenette and dining area—ideal for parents travelling with children or a multi-generational group.
INDOOR LIVING & WELLNESS
Gather in the main lounge with its 90-inch screen and Sonos sound, enjoy a film in the private cinema, or spend an evening in the games room and bar. A newly renovated sea-view gym, sauna and ice bath complete the wellness offering.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The saltwater infinity pool features semi-submerged loungers and shaded seating. A circular sunken sala in the shallow pool is perfect for sunset drinks, while the 16-seat alfresco table and service bar make long group meals effortless.
FULL SERVICE
Your stay includes a villa manager, private chef, housekeepers and service team, plus daily breakfast. The chef can prepare Thai and international dishes, children's meals, BBQs and dietary-friendly menus; groceries and handling are charged separately. Massages, babysitting, yoga, tours and transport can also be arranged.
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away. Six Senses, Ritz-Carlton and Samui Airport are all within easy reach. The villa also has an on-site backup generator.
Guest access
Guests have private use of seven bedrooms and all shared indoor and outdoor spaces, including the infinity pool, cinema, games room and bar, gym, sauna, living areas and dining spaces. Bedrooms not included in this reservation remain closed; no other guests or groups share the property during your stay. The villa team uses separate service areas.Other things to note

INCLUDED
Welcome fruit, electricity, daily breakfast, chef service, an English-speaking villa manager, housekeeping and airport transfers.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Chef service is included; groceries are charged at cost plus a 20% handling fee. The handling fee is subject to 7% government tax, with a minimum handling charge of THB 750.
PAYMENT DURING YOUR STAY
A THB 20,000 petty-cash float is collected on arrival. Food, beverages and other incidentals are added to the guest account and settled at checkout.

Dealing with David in the lead up and during our stay was flawless. Nothing was too hard for him and the team. The house came with a full staff which were available day and night to meet our requests for food, planning, drinks, booking cars and tours. May, our house manager was excellent and took the time to even cook my baby home made baby food every day. From the moment we arrived the team did everything possible to ensure we had the best time. The house is stunning and huge. We had four families and it never felt like we were on top of each other. I’d highly recommend David’s place to any large group, whether it be a family vacation or friends - this is the place to stay in Koh Samui.

Wow! What can I say about my stay at Villa Solana other than it was a magical experience! I celebrated by 40th birthday at the villa with 8 of my close family/friends and several things stood out and made out stay exceptional: 1.) Lala & the entire concierge team were friendly, thoughtful, professional, & anticipated our needs! This was top notch service! 2.) The villa is absolutely gorgeous & looks just like pics! We literally woke up in paradise every day. 3.) The villa worked w/ my friends to pull off a private beautifully designed private birthday party dinner w/ food from the extensive (and tasty!) Villa Solana Menu. They allowed decorations & an outside photographer to capture the event! The also gave me a thoughtful gift at the end of my stay <3 4.) Payments were easy! Groceries, transport, massage expenses were added to the house bill. Overall, the villa felt like home & the staff felt like family. This is the best thing you can ask for on a vacay & I will definitely be back!

The villa was absolutely amazing and the pictures really don't do it justice! It really made the week a remarkable experience for our group. David and his team were very responsive before and during the booking which elevated the experience further. A personal thanks to Khun Lalah (villa manager) and her team were great and accodated all our wishes. We can't wait to book again!

This villa was very impressive. Beautiful views with modern amenities and thoughtful, tasteful design. Location was also fantastic. All of us had a great time. The villa staff were terrific in helping to resolve some issues at the start of our stay and always willing to help. Very gracious hospitality - whether helping to accommodate dietary restrictions, helping with childproofing, or recommending and booking restaurants. David was a great host and always super responsive. Would definitely return to stay.
