The space
THE PENINSULA ESTATEVilla Solana occupies an elevated position above Tongson Bay on Koh Samui's exclusive northeast peninsula. The estate offers exceptional privacy, cooling sea breezes and panoramic views, with positions to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. A quiet beach is about a 3-minute walk away, while The Ritz-Carlton is beside the villa and Six Senses, Choeng Mon, Fisherman's Village and Samui Airport are within easy reach.
NINE GENUINE EN-SUITE BEDROOMS
Villa Solana has nine full bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Eight of the nine bedrooms feature sea views. The upper-level master suite includes a private sea-view terrace, work area and bathroom with a freestanding tub. A family suite adds its own TV lounge, kitchenette and dining area.
Bedroom 9 also connects internally to a separate children's bunk room with two additional beds. The bunk room has no private entrance or bathroom, so it is treated as part of Bedroom 9 and is not advertised as a tenth bedroom. Other bedrooms include king and flexible twin configurations, with lower-level rooms close to the entertainment wing.
INDOOR LIVING
Relax in the main lounge with a 90-inch screen and Sonos sound, or enjoy the private cinema, games room and bar. The newly renovated sea-view gym, sauna and ice bath make it easy to balance celebration with wellness.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The infinity pool is surrounded by semi-submerged loungers and shaded seating. A circular sunken sala in the shallow pool is made for sunset drinks, while the 16-seat alfresco table and service bar create an effortless setting for long meals together.
FULL SERVICE
Your stay includes a villa manager, private chef, housekeepers and service team, plus daily breakfast. The chef can prepare Thai and international dishes, children's meals, BBQs and dietary-friendly menus; groceries and handling are charged separately. Massages, babysitting, yoga, island tours, transport and car hire can be arranged.
The villa also has an on-site backup generator.
Guest access
Guests have private use of all nine bedrooms and the villa's indoor and outdoor spaces, including the infinity pool, cinema, games room and bar, gym, sauna, living areas and dining spaces. The villa team uses separate service areas and remains available throughout your stay while respecting your privacy.Other things to note

• For groups over 16 guests, an additional charge of USD 75 per person, per night applies, plus applicable taxes and service charges.
INCLUDED
Welcome fruit, electricity, daily breakfast, chef service, an English-speaking villa manager, housekeeping and airport transfers.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Chef service is included; groceries are charged at cost plus a 20% handling fee. The handling fee is subject to 7% government tax, with a minimum handling charge of THB 750.
PAYMENT DURING YOUR STAY
A THB 20,000 petty-cash float is collected on arrival. Food, beverages and other incidentals are added to the guest account and settled at checkout.

You always worry when you book because you're venturing into the unknown, especially with young children! David and his team were just perfect – a solid team at your service. The villa offers a butler, a head chef and a housekeeper who can also act as a nanny! As for the villa, it is majestic and more beautiful than in the photos! It really was love at first sight. When you go to David's, your only wish is to stay there or to go back as soon as possible! My wife, I and the children enjoyed this trip and we will definitely come back! If you are looking for a house, this one is up to scratch and will remain one of the most beautiful trips for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Solana and an unforgettable wedding! Huge thanks to the concierge team for patiently answering hundreds of questions and helping us find local vendors. Their support made our wedding truly impressive for our guests. Special thanks to Villa Manager Noom, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He helped us through a chaotic situation, changed smaller notes for us, and even helped us get medicine when a guest became sick. We’re also so grateful to Kob, Nhom, Bua, Ple, Jik and Joke for taking such great care of us. We initially worried we had overspent as we couldn’t fully use all the rooms, but the exceptional service was absolutely worth it. We also appreciated the transparent electricity meter readings before and after our stay. With both Eastern and Western families together, the villa meals catered beautifully to everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly special stay. We would love to come back!

Absolutely incredible villa. It's well constructed, has every amenity imaginable, and the views are to die for. The on-site team was friendly and helpful, and the chef easily switched between amazing western and Thai cuisine. We came as a smaller group but the house is BIG. It would be perfect for multiple families wanting to come together but also have a little space. The location has pros and cons. You can walk to the beach (highly recommend the restaurant there with crab pasta), and the team is happy to do a 7-Eleven run for you, but other than that you'll want a taxi or rental car. Still it's only a short drive to Chaweng (skip it) or Fisherman's Wharf (don't miss it). All in all - a very easy five stars.

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Solana – I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The team were absolutely incredible: Noom, Kob, Nhom, Ying, Baua, Ple, Kai, Jik and Joke all made our stay so special. They were always so attentive and genuinely looked after us, but never in an overbearing way. It felt very natural and relaxed, like they were always there when you needed them, but also gave you your space. Nothing was ever a hassle – everything was handled so quickly and smoothly. They were always available, super responsive, and constantly thinking ahead for us. They also gave great suggestions throughout the stay, and were so flexible and accommodating if plans needed to change (especially with the weather), which made everything completely stress-free. On top of that, they are all just such kind, friendly people – it really made the whole experience feel even more special. I would 100% recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again. Thank you so much to the whole
