We loved staying at this flat while visiting our daughter. The location is in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to everywhere. The flat is just as advertised and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

A very nice, clean and fully equipped apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the Arsenal metro station. Bart was very attentive to all our requests. It's just a bit difficult having to climb several flights of stairs to get in, but that's just a minor detail.

Lovely flat in a great part of north London. Really handy to Arsenal tube. Lovely parks nearby and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Flat has been renovated to a really good standard. There is a lovely roof terrace which was a nice bonus. Everything was extremely clean and extras like shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid were appreciated. My only criticism would be that the mattresses were not terribly comfortable but this did not spoil our stay. BART was most helpful and friendly and overall the stay was great.

We stayed here as a family for five nights, and the apartment was perfect. The accommodation is close to the bus and underground stations; the area is quiet, but there is a small supermarket and a café just 1 minute away. The apartment has everything you need, communication was great, Bart dealt with any problems straight away, and check-in and check-out were easy! Would stay again at any time.

Loved the accommodation. It was walking distance from the tube, which made our visit to London easy to see the sights. There were extras to make us feel at home and with it being winter, we were cosy and warm. Thank you for the stay.

Bart and the team made our stay and Christmas incredibly special. We had a few extra requests in order to make our traditional meal, and those utensils were delivered the same day! The space is clean, the location is close to multiple stations and the service was top tier. Thank you!

This place was perfect for our stay in London, close to the tube for easy access to the main sites, super close to Emirates Stadium for Arsenal matches, and walking distance to some lovely cafes and grocery stores. Only slight negative (but common to many London places) was the flights of stairs (4 but 2 are half flights) to get into the apartment. We weren’t completely prepared for them after the long flight and dragging our cases from the tube but are much fitter after the week of climbing them!

Really loved staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was the location — just a 5-minute walk from the London Underground, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The area felt safe and convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

He explained that there were steps, but there were more steps than he said. We had a hard time because of my knee pain and my suitcases. The floors were making a lot of noise. The upper floor heating did not work. It was very good in terms of cleaning and materials. The location and transportation were convenient, Arsenal train station was close.

BART super helpful. Very close to emirates stadium so perfect to watch a match two bedroom cosy flat however the beds are very uncomfortable too low and small for two people the mattress’s seemed old and worn out and the pillows lumpy the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in which was a shame as we needed a good nights sleep on arrival it was a huge let down also the bathroom shower is in need of a new bigger shower head and easier access onto bath especially for older people

Great location, within walk distance from underground station. Very quiet, but the appartment is not very soundproof. (You dont hear the neighbours, they are very quiet, but depending on you the neighbours will hear you) Just be respectfull and you wont notice anything. Would recommend, price performance for us was very good!

Great little place, felt away from the bustle with the balcony/deck which was nice. Good communication and flexible with early check in/late check out for a small cost which we utilized and was great. Raised a minor cleaning issue and they offered to send people there straight away, didn’t take them up on it as we were so busy during our stay. Would certainly stay again!

Travelled from up north to visit family and wow its in such a perfect location, specially if you like arsenal football, as the stadium is 10minutes walk at the most. The tube was easy to get to and from London city centre itself. Cafe's and restaurants near by so plenty to choose from. The apartment was so nice and worth the money and location! Definitely recommend here again for anyone.

We liked the area very much. A very good bakery and a grocery store are located in the adjacent house. The subway station is also only 5 minutes away. Despite its central location, the apartment is in a very quiet side street. The apartment is very nice and bright and the terrace very cozy. Everything we needed was in situ.

There’s a musty smell when enter the main house with 3 stories of stairs. The floor was dusty when we entered. DO NOT GO if you want to have FUN . Clearly tv isn’t allowed to be on and u can’t even smoke on the balcony because the neighbors room is underneath and they will give you a noise complaint. The tv wasn’t even loud I was watching love island at 9pm at a sensible noise level. We don’t get a chance to contest the noise complaints with the host he immediately took the neighbors side. Other than this long list of reasons which hindered our experience the apartment is well stocked with the basics with clear instructions on how to enter safely. There’s a corner shop 2 doors down which is very helpful to stock up on basics when u arrive.

We were in London for 6 days. And were very happy with the apartment. And the train can be reached in just 5 minutes. Small kiosk right next door. Keep it up
