Accommodating up to 5 guests, it offers a perfect Sussex seaside escape, just moments from the beach. Bright and spacious, it's your coastal charm in Brighton and Hove. Bright apartment with spacious living area and private garden by the sea!! This is the perfect stay for couples, professionals or families to get together.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. A Nespresso Machine is available (pods provided for free).

LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax streaming your favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix (Account included) and Amazon Prime (Account not included).

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

BATHROOMS
- The main bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Excellent trip, plenty of space and great location. Property was excellent, 5 star! Much nicer than staying in hotel and will definitely be on our list for next trip to Brighton. Only slight negative, was lack of parking, but we knew that before we booked. Overall an outstanding property and great hosts!

Everything was great and well located place. Check in was clearly instructed ans easily accessible. Only two problems were the strong damp smell throughout the whole premises and they didn’t provide shampoo or shower gel.

Super nice accommodation very close to the water, and within walking distance to the city center. Nice and clean. Parking is not easy to find just outside. But I will definitely come back if I go to Brighton again.

If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
