The space
Sleeping up to 4 guests, this apartment has just undergone a high-quality refurbishment with a style that reflects the original period features and celebrates the sea. With its lavish marine interior paintwork, a wonderful hallway connects the living / dining room, bedroom with a separate fully equipped, modern kitchen and second bedroom. The full bathroom with shower, plus another separate shower and toilet make the apartment a very comfortable proposition; perfect for couples, families or working professionals.

Just moments from Brighton's world-famous pier and beach, this apartment could not be better positioned. The spacious, bright living room includes a Smart TV for streaming all your favourite platforms. With Brighton Palace Pier as a backdrop, sip your morning coffee watching the waves come in!

A bright seafront apartment with spacious living areas and a central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.

LIVING AREA
Overlooking a serene Regency square, the living area has tonnes of natural daylight. With blues and greens and coastal themes, including furnishings by the Vintage Sofa Company, you'll find the sociable and light living room a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, so you can easily cook up a brunch, lunch or dinner for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

- Bedroom 1 ensuite, double bed, sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 2 zip and link beds, set up as a 2 singles but can made into a double on request, sleeps 2.

BATHROOM
- The main bathroom has a shower, sink, LED mirror and toilet.
- The apartment also features an extra separate toilet with sink and a shower room with sink.

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damage deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.
My Getaways is committed to ensuring our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Beautiful flat with high quality furnishings and lovely and clean. Lovely view from the living room and easy walk to the beach and pier as well as cafes and shops in Kemptown. Getaways were very responsive with communication at all times. Had issues connecting with the internet but this was probably just one of those things, but getaways tried very hard to rectify this. This flat is more suited for adults/couples.

If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported.
