The dining area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV or make use of the designated work space.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

New apartment in a newly converted building. This property lacks all charm but makes up for it in convenience. Everything was new and the location right by the train station was great. Run by a commercial company, communication was efficient via direct messages but I found the long automated emails difficult to read. Lovely view from the 8th floor.

Additional rules
We want you to enjoy your stay with us and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules: No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please go to street level and clean up any debris caused by smoking Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep No pets Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour) When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age.
