My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

We found everything as described and felt comfortable in the accommodation. We could walk to the sea, the supermarket and the old town. The nearest train station was ideal for trips, e.g. to London.

Awesome location and well run air bnb business. The cleaning could have been better, found lots of hairs and a few stains on sheets The price is very high for a 2 bed but Overall I would recommend It. Thank you.

firstly, the flat was exactly as described - clean, modern and well equipped in a good location. pretty beaten up about the rest of the experience with the host (a company) who immediately contacted me for payment of breakage deposit outside the app and asked me to download their app - a red flag for me. requests to cancel the trip were steadfastly refused, referring to their no refunds policy - Airbnb support were zero help, siding with the host completely. check in details were only supplying an hour before the check in time of 4pm - why so late? issues with the flat reported through the app were offered an immediate fix that i didn't take up due to short stay and privacy concerns. my advice to everyone is check that the host is not a company before booking, and to read ALL the listing before you book in order to avoid opaque charges. This company seems to have a bad rep on review sites, and i wish i had don my research before i booked.

The flat is on a main road but high enough that traffic noise isn't a problem. Parking space was usually not available (either occupied or 3 cars badly parked so that a 4th wouldn't get in) but we found street parking reasonably close. Beds comfortable and the flat was very clean. Good budget option.
